The staff was consistently pleasant, welcoming, and professional from my first consultation to my final appointment. Every visit felt organized, smooth, and I never felt rushed while in the office. My teeth came out perfect, and I’m truly grateful for the outcome!! I am beyond proud to write this review for Dr Vick Gupta and the entire team at Gupta Smile Studio. Yes he is my brother, but I would truly say this even if he was not. Watching him build this practice with so much integrity, care, and attention to detail has been incredible. He genuinely loves what he does and it shows in every part of the experience. I just had clear braces placed and I was fully expecting to be uncomfortable or sore the next day. I had zero pain even 24 hours later. Zero. I could not believe it. He is so gentle and meticulous and takes his time to make sure everything feels right. He explains each step and makes you feel calm and confident. The entire team is just as amazing. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone is kind, patient, and welcoming. They truly make you feel at home. It does not feel like a cold dental office. It feels personal and warm and supportive. I have always been self conscious about my flaring and the spaces in my smile. Even this early, I am already seeing improvement and I am so excited for the full transformation. For the first time in a long time I feel hopeful and genuinely excited about my smile. Also such a fun bonus detail, when you start treatment they give you the cutest tote bag with all your essentials. It is such a thoughtful touch and just another example of how much care they put into the entire experience. I am adding a photo because it is too good not to share. As his sister, I am so proud of the level of care he provides and the way he treats every patient with respect and compassion. Dr. Gupta and his entire team were excellent! Everything—from the ease of scheduling to the welcoming atmosphere at the office—was handled thoughtfully and efficiently. The space itself is clean, bright, beautifully designed and inviting, with an open-concept layout that feels both modern and comfortable. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and highly organized. His administrative team, Niti in particular, are outstanding communicators and made every step seamless. We had a wonderful experience, and my daughter will absolutely be continuing her orthodontic care with Dr. Gupta and his team.
