Great place to take care of your teeth. Dr Bee and Nataly were great! Everyone was great! They offered a blankie, gave me the remote for the TV, and even asked if the temperature was right! Prices are also very fair and they take insurance. The scheduling staff is super polite, too. They always answer "how may I brighten your smile today"? Everyone is very caring and professional.

Iamani was amazing! I was super nervous about the numbing cream because of the needle. But she talked to me (and reminded me to breathe lol). She played the music I wanted (Olivia Dean - man I need) and all her efforts weren't in vain. I was super relaxed and calm. I will continue coming back to this amazing team. Everyone I met was accommodating and easy to work with. 10/10 I recommend

A long overdue review from me so I am going to summarize for those who care. I moved to Dallas a little over a year ago and was sad to have left a great dentist behind. Ended up picking this location and should I say, I lucked out huge and have since recommended them to all my colleagues and friends. I have had an amazing experience with Dr Elyse Burkhert (how good is she ? - I dosed off briefly during a recent implant good :) ). The staff is great as well right from the intake on phone? The billing manager to the hands of the Dr and not yo forget the Hygienist (Ken). I have also had a great experience with Dr Lee on a different occasion. So there you have it - if you can make it to this place you r in great hands 👍

Absolutely enjoy coming here. I struggled for a few years finding a good local (not a chain) dental office with knowledgeable and professional people. Specifically Ken the dental hygienist is amazing!! And on a fun note he sings really pretty too! I recommend this dental office to anyone!

My experience with OakHeights Dental has been a magnificent one from start to finish, I can hardly think of any other dentist office that is patient, caring and empathatic as they. From working with your copayments and being upfront and also gentle about the seriousness of your dental care, to even being accomodating as far as relaxing you and ensuring you feel comfortable during your care, they're amazing all around. Ken was an amazing, entertaining and eccentric figure who made you feel right at home during your care, and his taste in music and topics of conversation will assuredly convey that exact same sense of care and empathy. Nonetheless, I surely recommend OakHeights.
