I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this office! Run for your life and find a different provider. You can't get in and out of this place. Even the simplest of appointments take two hours at the least. Regardless of having an appointment, the waits are extremely long. Cleanings are never thorough. They just hurry up and do a quick scrape. My teeth never feel clean afterwards . I'm due for a cleaning which they have not mentioned at all and I refuse to allow them to do it. I'm going to find a new dentist office to do my cleanings. I've had braces on for three years and I can never get a clear answer as to what's going on with my teeth and when my braces will come off. No expectations are set. No questions are ever answered clearly. And I wholeheartedly believe my treatment should have been completed by now. And last but not least, they failed to schedule me in the system even though I checked out and received an appointment card. So I have not had my wires changed or my teeth looked at since 11/2025 and we are now 1/2026. I called and can't get an appointment until February. This entire experience has been an absolute nightmare and as soon as my braces are done I will thank the heavens that I never have to step foot in there again. Monica and Bertha are the only good people here. They deserve a better office to work for. If you have dental insurance there is absolutely no reason you should visit a low quality dental practice like this one!!! Update: I had my teeth detailed and now one of the front bottom teeth is shorter than the rest and there is a big gap between the two rows when I smile. I called to see if I could come in to see the orthodontist and was informed that he is actually from Austin and only comes to Dallas three times a month. How are we supposed to get specialized, personalized care from an ortho that doesn't even practice in the city full time?! I've had my braces on for almost FOUR years. An entire year longer than I was quoted in January of 2025. My teeth DO NOT look good. There are gaps everywhere when I put my teeth together. The left bite is uneven from the right and I can feel my teeth pressing together to the point that it's uncomfortable and I'm aware of it all day long. This office is an absolute NIGHTMARE and if my teeth aren't fixed properly there is going to be an issue.

My upper teeth were slightly protruding, and I used to hide my smile in photos. During consultation, they didn’t rush into braces but explained different correction paths, including how extraction vs non-extraction could change my facial profile. That kind of honest comparison helped me choose confidently.

I recently visited Dr. Morris and her staff at the Cocckrell Hill location. Everyone in the office were professional and polite. I would recommend A.D.& O.to others for services.

Staff is friendly and our appointments are normally fast. I would just like for the everyone getting close to my children’s place to wear gloves including doctors.

The lady at the front desk said she didn't no the get WiFi password but what another lady ask for it AKA a white lady they gave it to her so I went back up there and she still act like she didn't no it. This dentist don't deserve any stars. I have been to better dentist then this. The staff are not as friendly. The lady that does the X-ray was so rude and hurt my mouth. The black doctor there act like he don't want to work on your teeth. But the place is clean and smell nice.
