Had to call 4 times just for my X-rays to get sent they gave me the run around for 2 days! And for my appointment I had 2 complaints Dr dismissed my concerns and went straight to the highest cleaning he could do to max me out. He claimed I had “no cavities” but needed an SRP? I work in the dental field as well and KNOW I have a few cavities and he did not diagnose properly.

I don’t recommend ANYONE to come here. I just had my teeth worked on and they left me in a room for over 2 hours. I paid to have an extraction, a fill and to have my teeth cleaned. All they did was clean my teeth and that hurt really bad. Then they called me in some pain meds that I couldn’t get filled because the dentist credentials expired and she was unable to write a prescription for Tylenol 3… I’ve been suffering for days. They were so unprofessional. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Horrible place! Being in extreme pain and they tell me they don’t take my insurance after i have been coming for over a year! Wasted my time for nothing

Warning: beware of Access Dental & Orthopedics on Ayers. The nurses demonstrated kindness and genuine care for their patients, including myself. However, I found the dentist's approach to be focused on maximizing insurance benefits, recommending unnecessary procedures. I requested a simple solution, but was declined and told that extensive work was required first. In my opinion, the recommended treatments were not necessary.

The worst experience I’ve had in a dental office, I waited 2 almost 3 hrs for a 10 min “cleaning” my teeth were still dirty afterwards, the dentist kept stabbing my gums constantly and was rushing the entire time. Went for a simple cleaning and X-rays @2pm and didn’t leave til almost 5. The only good thing about that place is the front desk girl she was very kind and helpful.
