I came in with a very painful tooth and Dr. Habrawi took great care of me. She made me feel comfortable from the start and explained everything clearly before beginning the procedure. The extraction was quick and, to my surprise, completely painless. I didn’t feel anything while she was working on the tooth. She was gentle, professional, and very reassuring throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate the care and skill she provided and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing dental work.

I am frustrated and disappointed with their service. I made an appointment weeks in advance and sent them the insurance information. Called them again to make sure that they have everything they need from me. They sent me automated message to confirm the appointment. And then, 2 days before the appointment, I get a text message saying that the appointment is canceled because they don’t take military United Concordia. Before I made the appointment, the first question I asked was whether they take my insurance. They said yes and made the appointment and did mention any issues with my insurance for 3 weeks. Today is a Saturday and now I have to wait for 2 days to call around to make another appointment which will be scheduled for weeks later. I need immediate care. This is unacceptable.

Tonya, Tasha, and Dr. T treated me right! I have an anxiety disorder, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in the door. The answered all my questions, and accepted my insurance. Dr. T did a spectacular job removing my tooth. I was scared to get the operation done, but they made me feel comfortable and when he removed it with one motion. I thought I would have to wait a week to schedule the removal, but Dr. T got the job done immediately. Thank you!

I regret ever stepping foot in this office. My experience was incredibly disappointing and honestly upsetting. From the very first appointment, it was obvious that there was a serious lack of knowledge and professionalism. Treatment plans were constantly changed without explanation, and when I asked questions, I got vague or dismissive answers. It never felt like they knew what they were doing. After months of wasted time and money, her teeth were actually worse than when we started. The whole process felt unorganized, rushed, and unprofessional from start to finish. I truly wish I had trusted my gut and gone somewhere else sooner. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration — go to an orthodontist who actually knows what they’re doing.

I went to the Terre Haute, Indiana location. I had a very bad experience there. The dentist walked in on a walker and smelled bad. He did an excellent job numbing me and pulling my tooth. The assistant was using the suction on my mouth and it was very uncomfortable and painful. She didn't use any water and kept the suction on my tongue making in very painful. Then once my tooth was pulled. I was bleeding and she gets up and walks away for almost 5 minutes and my mouth is full of blood. She comes back with a syringe full of water and handed to dentist. He then wash the area where tooth was pulled and it started going down my throat cause the assistant was doing the suction. Very bad experience. Then the reception when I was leaving kept trying to push a schedule date for a crown. I told her I live pay to pay and couldn't afford it and that my insurance wouldn't approve it. She said they will approve setting the pins and that I need to go ahead and do that. I just dont think I will return back to this place. They acted like they didn't know what they were doing and very unprofessional
