Very nice to my kids. Got us in fast. Jasmine was wonderful. Patient and very informative on what she is doing. My so loves that she answered all his questions. The doctor was kind, made sure I understood treatment plans. Nobody made us to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. An outstanding dentist office.

I really loved my experience at Smile Magic. I have a two year old so the little play area with a slide was perfect while we waited for Papa to finish his appointment. I also felt the dentist did a great job making me feel better about a plan for my teeth since I have chronically bad teeth - I’ve talked to a lot of dentists and this one made me feel like getting my smile back would be doable and also no judgement for the state they were currently in. My two year old enjoyed his appointment as well! It was fast which was great for him. The only reason I put 4 instead of 5 stars was because the wait time after already being called back was rather long about 30 mins which is hard for a two year old to handle. It would have been nice if he could have stayed in the front play area until the dentist was ready to see us so that he didn’t have to wait around and try and get into everything before the dentist got to us!

Mine and my 7 month old first time here, I had the best experience they cleaned my teeth first and comforted and took care of my baby during my teeth cleaning made my mom heart so happy that these wonderful ladies gave so much love to my baby!!! Definitely recommend if you have kids

Worst experience ever. I am never coming to this office ever again. This is not normally my child's dentist. We were referred here to get her wisdom teeth removed and it was horrible. The appointment was scheduled for Friday 1/31 11:30am, we showed up at 11:10am and she did not get taken back until 12:46 because the front staff was insistent that she did not have insurance. Upon check in, I gave them my child's name. The front desk lady never verified her name, dob, what she was there for, or her appointment time. She even asked another worker to check and they kept on telling me the same thing. They kept arguing with me that her insurance was canceled and that they had called the day before to let me know. I never received a call or message. They called the insurance and were told no coverage and if I wanted I could call the insurance myself. I did because I know that she has insurance. I called the insurance and did verify that her insurance was active and let them know. From what I can gather, the workers must have been looking at a completely different patient because I never got an explanation, nor at that time any apology for their mistake. I had already talked to the insurance and dentist office a few days prior and verified the patient responsibility so I knew how much I should be paying. The workers in the office had no idea what she was getting done or my amount to pay even know I had already confirmed this. They had to call another office to verify the amount. Not only were the front office people incompetent, so was the nurse who tried to put in my daughter's iv. No one told me anything but I noticed when my daughter was wheeled out that she had 3 bloody bandages on her arms and hand. When my daughter was finally able to write after the medicine wore off, she let me know that the nurse told her that it was her first time ever putting in an iv. She tried several times and couldn't get it so she had to get another nurse to help. They also couldn't do it and ultimately had to get the Dr to administer her iv. My daughter ended up with 6 pokes were blood was tried to get taken out of on both arms and when that didn't work, it had to be taken from the top of her hand. No complaints about the actual surgery since everything there went well but the communication in that office is horrible. Only one person ever said they were sorry for what had happened but there was no sincere apology. It seemed like something they felt they had to say not because they were really sorry about the situation. Avoid this office if possible. Would absolutely never recommend going here ever.
