Both of our kids have been going to Dr. Franklin for the past 7 years! We’ve loved the welcoming environment, the staff, the flexibility and their fun ‘vibe’…the process over the years has been smooth. They know their clients so well. I recommend them highly!!

Went to Smiles Of Austin for my first consultation, Doctor Brunson was amazing and made me feel comfortable. He walked me through every step of the process while listening to all my concerns. Brayden was very helpful with taking notes, scheduling my next appointment and even explaining some of the financial options. Upon entering the office I was greeted with warm smiles & good morning vibes! I'm excited and looking forward to completing my ortho treatment with Smiles Of Austin, and all of all their staff!!

After straightening out my 3 kids, Dr. Franklin (aka: “Dr. Evil” 😆) got me, too. As fantastic as he is, he’s only as good as his staff, all of whom are tenured experts like the amazing Courtney and Kelly (hey gals, I’ll send bank routing numbers soon…). I’ve always said that behind every great doctor is a crappy office…NOT so with Dr. Franklin who has somehow bottled lightening! Congrats to him and they who got me through it quickly (and out of their hair!). Much appreciated!!

Our family has been with Smiles of Austin since our daughter was little (12 years old now), and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this team. Recently, our daughter experienced a tooth emergency, and the office quickly got her scheduled, took amazing care of her, and helped resolve the issue right away. The entire experience was calm, professional, and reassuring. She recovered quickly and has had no issues since. What sets Smiles of Austin apart is the way they make families feel cared for. Every interaction over the years has been filled with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. The doctors and staff consistently go above and beyond to make both children and parents feel comfortable and supported. As a parent, there is incredible peace of mind in knowing your child is in such capable and caring hands. We are now preparing for her next phase of braces, and we are grateful to continue this journey with a team we trust completely. Can’t say enough about Dr Franklin and his whole crew. He did all my kids, parents (and my) ortho and had amazing outcomes every time. Tristen also was phenomenal at taking care of all the details. Wish all my medical experiences would go this well! Highly recommend with no reservations.
