After about 30 months as patients at Ortho 360, I can honestly say we had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Every single member of the team was wonderful! The office team was always so welcoming, friendly, organized, and professional. And the orthodontic assistants were especially incredible. They were always caring, professional, and knowledgeable and made every visit feel comfortable and positive for my daughter. Dr. Henry is truly exceptional! He always took the time to speak directly to my daughter, call her by her name, ask how she was doing, and make sure everything was going well with her treatment. That personal attention meant so much to us and made her feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. You can tell this office truly cares about their patients and families. We are so grateful for the care, support, and beautiful results. I highly recommend Ortho 360 and especially Dr. Henry to anyone looking for an orthodontic team that is both highly skilled and genuinely caring.

We are fairly new patients but so far our experience has been extremely positive. The office admins are so easy to reach either by phone, text or email. They respond in a timely manner. The staff is great with my children. So kind, patient, explain everything and have answers for all of our questions. They are great at putting nerves at ease too. We chose this practice because they were highly recommended by our dentist, pediatric dentist and a handful of other families. The location is so convenient for us too being in central Austin.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Henry and his staff after using Invisalign for the past 4 months following an accident that damaged a front tooth. Dr. Henry outlined a realistic treatment plan and he and his staff followed through with professionalism and courtesy. Their billing process with my dental insurance was easy and seamless.
