Ortho 360 Orthodontics

We’ve had such a great experience at ortho360 - specifically the 38th st location! Everyone from the front office staff, the orthodontic assistants, and Dr. Henry (we’ve only seen Dr. Henry, though I’m positive Dr. Burgess is equally awesome) are nothing less than amazing! They run a tight ship and have made it so convenient to get in and out of appointments, overcome any insurance hurdles, or just simply to reach out and receive a quick response. In fact, their ability to communicate so efficiently is one the many reasons we love this practice! My son has been going to this office since he was 7 (he’s 10 now), and we have absolutely nothing negative to say. Highly, highly recommend. Bonus - they have the best music playing and fun monthly raffles!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Henry and his staff after using Invisalign for the past 4 months following an accident that damaged a front tooth. Dr. Henry outlined a realistic treatment plan and he and his staff followed through with professionalism and courtesy. Their billing process with my dental insurance was easy and seamless. We are fairly new patients but so far our experience has been extremely positive. The office admins are so easy to reach either by phone, text or email. They respond in a timely manner. The staff is great with my children. So kind, patient, explain everything and have answers for all of our questions. They are great at putting nerves at ease too. We chose this practice because they were highly recommended by our dentist, pediatric dentist and a handful of other families. The location is so convenient for us too being in central Austin.

Everyone was so kind from beginning to end. I got Invisalign, it’s my first time ever getting orthodontic treatment, and they made it extremely easy. The whole process has been seamless, no complaints at all. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone I know!
