Smiles Family Dental

Smile Family Dental was a very disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment specifically for an annual cleaning, yet I was there for over two and a half hours and never received one. After a long wait, I was told I did not qualify for a regular cleaning and was instead presented with a treatment and payment plan. What was most frustrating is that this information could have been communicated much earlier. Instead, the visit felt drawn out, only to end with a sales-style pitch for additional services. The focus seemed to be more on upselling treatments and costs rather than providing the basic service I came in for. I also felt pressured and uncomfortable, as my concerns were brushed aside rather than clearly explained. If I had known upfront that I wouldn’t be receiving a cleaning, I would not have wasted hours of my time. Transparency and respect for patients’ time were seriously lacking. Overall, this experience felt less like patient-centered care and more like a money-driven operation. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this office ask very direct questions beforehand or seek dental care elsewhere.

As always I walked out feeling better than when I walked in. Everyone is highly skilled in various aspects of dental work. Mine happens to be dentures. Jackie and Mandy both have excellent skills. That is the reason Smiles, to me has worked so well in my treatment. Dr. Zamora makes sure her staff are the best in the business. After all Dr. Zamora is about the proper treatment that will make life a little easier for all of her patients.

Very friendly staff. This team of professionals has been so very helpful! I highly recommend Smiles Family Dental. I don't know how my experience so far could have been any better. I will be going back.

The best quality service , I was amazed. Everyone is friendly recommend it 100% and are really knowledgable not like other dentists I have gone . They really care about their patients & are way better than other dentist you won’t regret it.
