Park Place Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics

Been coming here for years and never have had an issue. An issue came up with me having to choose between my daughter college mandatory meeting (she’s a junior in high school) or canceling her appointment last minute. The school program director for the program was giving me a hard time even though they told the parents last minute that it was required that my daughter be there. I called this dentist office because I had an appointment and tried to reschedule and of course it was last minute. I was told about the last minute reschedule and the no more Saturday appointments. I just want to say thank you to Marissa for working with me and understanding my situation. She made things right and as a busy mom who carries all the weight I was so overwhelmed but Marissa did the right thing and she made sure that she expressed that she understood what was going on. I appreciate her showing empathy today. We have been coming to this office for over 10 years (including the Hurst office). It has always been a great experience. We love the doctor here also.

Currently getting braces and I love this place. They have so much grace and are very knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone who would listen!!

Not really sure who is left in charge for the scheduling aspect ,but I can assure you they are not good at it. This is supposed to be a place for accommodating children on the spectrum when it couldn’t be further from what we experienced. My son was asked to stop eating and consuming drinks after midnight and to show up at 10am. They tell you to be prepared for (2-3hours) and explained as the procedure and the post-op NOT for the general wait time in a waiting room that’s so small you can hardly fit 4 kids in it with little to nothing but a wall of vines kids can’t touch. The anesthesiologist was very informative about what everything would look like but when it came to the dentists hands I’m not sure what was going on but I do know that a small part of my sons front tooth was chipped in the process. If you can’t work well with a child asleep you definitely picked the wrong profession. I’m highly upset with my experience with lack of professional help, customer service, and empathy. As a parent it’s already hard to be at that point where your child has to go under for dental work, but to come in and become even more stressed about how it will go because of rude desk clerks and getting home and seeing that they messed up perfectly good teeth is a mothers nightmare. As a mom who was terrified if thats also you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Park Place Pediatric Dentistry does a wonderful job with our child. They are very caring and go out of their way to make her experience a good one at each appointment. Dr. Ali is so friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them!

My daughters have been coming to park place for about a year now. We absolutely love it! The dentist and orthodontist are simply amazing and the staff are all so supportive and kind. When we miss an appointment they are really good about getting my daughters back on schedule. We would give more stars if it was allowed. We highly recommend this place. ❤️
