This place is awesome especially the staff I wish I got all the lovely ladies names . Dr.Nelson I want to thank you i had a failed extraction about a month ago and I have always been nervous about surgery but you and your staff made my experience super pleasant and even though it seemed like you had quite a few patients there I was in and out before I even knew it. And the tooth was gone I can honestly say im not gonna be dentist hunting this will be the place I go for any dental needs for the foreseeable future thank you for yalls professionalism yall rock

Always a great experience at all my appointments! Staff is super friendly and informative. They also have an in house orthodontist that offers great pricing for treatment compared to private offices. The price was so good I started same day of my free consultation

I received excellent care from Doctor Viossem and staff! They ensure that you are clear on exactly what they are going to do and and how to care for it afterwards. I actually travel from out of town, because they are that great! You can't go wrong choosing Ideal Dental.

As a first time visit, my experience went very well. Exceeded my expectations. Past experiences with dentists left me traumatized with uncontrollable pain. The whole visit was painless, comforting, vastly informative and left me with a positive outlook going forward. Tried to see the endodontist. Over the phone, staff was unhelpful, and condescending. After my initial inquiry I was asked to submit a referral from my dentist, which they did immediately. Three days later, no call from Ideal. When I call them, they inform me they are JUST NOW reading the email from three days ago, and apparently it isn’t sufficient, but they go out of their way to NOT explain what they want from me, so it was a huge circle jerk. Now they’re telling me they won’t accept my dentist’s referral, which was perfectly OK for another endodontist. Well, that’s great because after this interaction I don’t want to be their customer anyway. This office needs to get their act together and be more upfront with their requirements because this whole scenario could have been avoided with some simple explanations from the very beginning.
