I had an amazing experience here. The hygienist (Canessa) who did my cleaning was awesome; very professional, gentle, and made the whole appointment comfortable from beginning to end. She explained everything clearly, checked in throughout the cleaning, and did a really thorough job without making it painful. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The staff were also great, very sweet and professional.

I recently had my teeth professionally cleaned by hygienist Canessa, and it was hands-down the best dental cleaning experience I’ve ever had. From her gentle technique to her thorough attention to detail, every aspect of the appointment was outstanding. Canessa’s warm, reassuring manner put me at ease, and I left with the cleanest, healthiest-feeling smile imaginable. I highly recommend Canessa to anyone seeking exceptional dental care—she truly deserves more than five stars! Thank you, Canessa, for your excellent work and outstanding patient care.

I was at this location last year for x-rays and consultation. It was terrible services. My x-rays were sent to my oral surgeon, and since I have an HMO plan with my insurance company they refused to fax my dental records to my insurance company. In order for me to see the oral surgeon and for me to get an appointment I had to fax my dental records myself to my insurance company 21 pages of paperwork in which it took 18 days to get my dental records. It costed me $43.30 to fax, and to this date I have not received a check from Monarch Dental or their corporate office called Smiling Branfs. Terrible services and will never go back. I finally had oral surgery in October 2025. No thanks to Monarch Dental

I had the worst experience today with Canessa. I already was uncomfortable with a different hygenist in my mouth but she rushed through my month and when she was done she asked how was everything. I advised her that it seems like she missed a couple of places with cleaning my mouth. She came at me with attitude asked me what do I want it to do hurt. I explained to her no but some spot with the cleaning been missed. She had attitude stated well let me do it again. I explained to her no thanks with the attitude she had. She rushed to the manager trying to explain while I'm walking behind her to the front. As I explained to the manager what happened she said right in front of the manager now I got attitude and we're going back and forward until I told her I will not continue to go back and forward with her, then she walked off. I been going here for years and this is the worst I have experienced. The manager said she will talk to her later, plus she suppose to be new here. I will not be going back as long as she is there full time now.

Love my new hygienist, Canessa!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and I learned quite a few things during my appt. I'm very appreciative of her being so personable and professional!! Please keep her around! ♥️
