Monarch Dental & Orthodontics - Arlington, TX (Central Arlington)

I had a great experience at Monarch Dental - Copeland. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the office maintains excellent hygiene standards, which is something I personally pay close attention to. Everything was very clean and well organized. The staff was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a trustworthy dental clinic with great cleanliness and customer care. I will definitely be coming back!

Where do I begin, I went to the office for a routine exam. The office was clean and comfortable. The front desk person was little overwhelmed and because of that I believe she couldn't be as courteous and amicable as I would expect most front desk people to be. She was however attentive in letting me know they were short staffed and apologized about the wait time to even check in. There was about a 25 minute wait after my scheduled appt time which I admit was a little frustrated by. However, the service I received from Cynthia and Dr. Rushin made up for it. They were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly gentle with care. I have been to some dentist where they forget their job is actually tied to a human being and what may seem routine to them and even mechanical still requires the touch of someone with compassion and empathy. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but they seemed to have soothed my anxiety. I still have to go back for my cleaning so will post after that experience. Thank you Monarch!

I booked my appointment at Monarch Dental & Orthodontics a week in advance and even received a confirmation email, yet when I arrived they cancelled it on the spot. The receptionist was extremely unwelcoming and dismissive. Another receptionist kindly tried to help by setting me up with another doctor, but she was abruptly cut off and told they couldn’t take me in today. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had — very disappointing.

I really enjoyed my visit yesterday. All the staff was very knowledgeable. The doctor was very nice. Looking forward to my next appointment 😁.

I recently visited Monarch Dental for some dental work and had an excellent experience. The receptionist an staff were welcoming and professional. Dr. Rushing and her team were courteous, attentive and efficient. I highly recommend Monarch Dental anyone seeking quality dental care.
