I won’t claim that this dental clinic is the best in Salt Lake City, but I can confidently say that in my personal experience, they’ve treated me exceptionally well. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the results I’ve achieved so far, and their prices are reasonable while maintaining high quality. I’ve had my braces placed with them and am almost finished with the process. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I had a wonderful experience at Monarch Dental. The entire team is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients and pay attention to every detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.

So Disorganized. They have sent me multiple texts in the last week telling me to call and book an appointment, they want to see me. So I call this morning to do as they tell me in the text. First, the girl told me I have not been in years and needs to set me up a new account, then I tell her no, you sent me a text saying I was in 8 months ago, she looks harder and finds me, then gives me attitude “oh, you missed your last appointment.” Cool. Then proceeds to tell me, “we are really booked out…” blah, blah, blah,…. Listen, get it together, improve the customer service. Do not text me, telling me to come in, to then tell me you have no availability. Come on.

Pray was the best dental assistant ive ever had!!! He is funny and smart and made an experience to the dentist better because i dont like going to the dentist. Such an amazing person!! Made me feel at home even though I was at the dentist!!! Hes so nice and efficient on his job!! He deserves a raise!!! I will keep coming back because of him!!! Thumbs up!!! I give him 1000 stars!!! Been coming here for over a decade and I love this office! Whenever I have an issue, I know I can call to get it fixed. They are very good at sending reminders for appointments. You are in good hands here!
