I called in and told them I needed a endodontist. After checking with my insurance they scheduled me an appt and said she can get me in Saturday at 8am (today). I’m thinking everything is great. I come in today and they tell me they don’t do re-treatment and can send me down the street. I said that’s something they should have told me prior to coming in and waking up early to come here. Such a waste. If the front desk was actively listening and got the correct information my time wouldn’t be wasted. I won’t be coming back for anything here. Would not recommend!

My nephew is getting orthodontics work done here and he loves it, so I set an appointment for my six month check up here and they are great. Affordable prices and beautiful attention by everyone in the staff. I’ll switch providers over to them. Please note that adults can be treated here as well.

This is the best place to bring your littles… the built in playgrounds and welcoming atmosphere is just what the kids need to be at ease and relaxed for their appointments… my daughter is special needs and has sensory issues. the staff made sure she was comfortable and relaxed through the whole procedure… from the initial phone contact, Lizbeth and Natalye were great in scheduling the appointment and finding an opening with a provider that specializes in kids with issues like her. They went above and beyond their job description. Dania the specialist coordinator explained everything to me and walked me through the financing process. Finally Ms. Jennifer made sure everything ran smoothly as the office manger. Everyone’s smiling faces made my day! They take most insurances and they even offer payment plans and third party credit… will be returning here for all follow up care. These ladies are awesome and Dr. Fuentes is the icing on the cake!

Such a wonderful experience for my son and daughter. My son just got braces and the team was gentle, professional, and very reassuring. The office is welcoming and truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely trash! Why did yall schedule a specialist appointment on a day he won’t be in ??? Then call me to reschedule ! And if this was just a rare occasion I would t be so irritated but ist every time !!! You then give me the only time is noon or nothing and my daughter is 2yrs old but I still take the appointment!! Day of the appointment comes and we get there 10 mins early and wait . 1 o clock comes around and my daughter is freaking starving and hasn’t had anything to eat or drink !! I ask how much longer and you day hopefully by 1:30. But my appointment is at noon !! She’s 2 yrs old !!! And hasn’t ate all damn day ! Meanwhile yall getting door dashed delivered to yall and my child’s starving . Have some damn professionalism!! These are kids !! I’ve been with yall for 6 damn years and after this appointment I have had enough !
