Such a nice staff at this location, the young ladies that took care of me during xrays, exam and explained my treatment did so in such a good manner. I definitely recommend this location :) GREAT JOB!

They help me with staying calm and everyone here was so nice and helpful. They were very welcoming and very informative and I like the part and also my son really enjoyed the park actually made him come before his dentist visit. You guys should come here with your family you will not be disappointed.

I was very disappointed with my experience.l today, The doctor seemed impatient and lacked empathy for what I was going through. I have vertigo and chose not to be sedated, but I felt judged for that decision instead of supported. After waiting over three hours without being able to eat as instructed, I was understandably dizzy and uncomfortable. The doctor spoke to me briefly and walked away before giving me time to adjust or ask questions. I felt rushed, disrespected, and unheard throughout the visit. Patients deserve compassion, patience, and respect, especially when dealing with a medical condition.

Dr. Jade and her staff are wonderful! We have been coming here for several years and always have a good experience!

This place is absolutely trash! Why did yall schedule a specialist appointment on a day he won’t be in ??? Then call me to reschedule ! And if this was just a rare occasion I would t be so irritated but ist every time !!! You then give me the only time is noon or nothing and my daughter is 2yrs old but I still take the appointment!! Day of the appointment comes and we get there 10 mins early and wait . 1 o clock comes around and my daughter is freaking starving and hasn’t had anything to eat or drink !! I ask how much longer and you day hopefully by 1:30. But my appointment is at noon !! She’s 2 yrs old !!! And hasn’t ate all damn day ! Meanwhile yall getting door dashed delivered to yall and my child’s starving . Have some damn professionalism!! These are kids !! I’ve been with yall for 6 damn years and after this appointment I have had enough !
