As a provider at a pediatric urgent care, I had a patient come in on a Sunday in significant pain because his orthodontic appliance was digging into the roof of his mouth. The family had tried unsuccessfully to reach their orthodontist, and I was also unable to get in touch with them. I contacted Dr. Kraus, and without hesitation, he met the patient at his office on a Sunday, removed the appliance, and provided a treatment plan to address the problem. I later learned that Dr. Kraus gives his patients his personal cell phone number so they can reach him directly in the event of an emergency. That level of accessibility and commitment to his patients speaks volumes about the kind of person and provider he is. As a fellow healthcare provider, I truly appreciate Dr. Kraus’s willingness to step up and help a child who was hurting. His compassion and dedication are exactly what you hope to see in a healthcare professional. I highly recommend Dr. Kraus and Kraus Orthodontics.

I have four teenagers and I BROUGHT THEM ALL HERE! If that isn't a clear signal for how I feel about this place - I don't know what is! The people are nice and honest. They care about getting it just right. Dr. Kraus even took some extra time and visits to make sure my daughter's teeth aesthetic was perfect (something he noted and said he wanted to do...something beyond what I had noticed). When we have emergencies they find a way to get us in. Service is fantastic. Communication is great.
