My family has been going to this place for five years now, and we moved across the country and continued orthodontic treatment here. I’d just gotten my braces off and just needed retainers, and my family continued to see them. However, I decided to get a retainer a couple years later, while my family is still going to them. I don’t normally post bad reviews, but I was told I could do the Lifetime Retainer Program, then the lady at the front desk said I couldn’t because I wasn’t “an existing patient”, it didn’t feel fair and I wasn’t denied the program. Service could have been much better

Couldn’t imagine going to any other Orthodontist! They KNOW how to get results, and the team has always been so great & friendly (even when I don’t wear my retainer). Highly recommend!
