Positive Update: I am pleasantly surprised at how well this situation was handled. I was promptly contacted by a representative at the office and guaranteed to receive both an upper and lower retainer free of charge using a 3D scanning wand to ensure that I receive the precise fit that I was hoping for. I understand that mistakes can be made, but the way they are resolved makes the world of a difference. Thank you for showing that you truly care about your patients and the experience they have at your office. I feel heard and taken care of and I am grateful for that. I came to Music City Orthodontist for a replacement of my lower Essix retainer as my puppy did some damage on my old one. Unfortunately, my experience has not been great. After two attempts at making me a new retainer and 3 hours of my time, this is what I am left with for a $300 price tag. I was told by the ortho to “Wear it over the weekend and see if it molds better to my teeth.” It very clearly is not matching up with my teeth at all, and it would take a miracle for it to do so. Not only that, there is a hole in the retainer itself and a glob of material left at the gum line. I had a poor experience with the nurse trying to force the retainer down over and over again using my chin as leverage even though it was an obvious misfit and I said so myself. I truly believe I was just being rushed out the door so they can begin their 3 day weekend and leave me feeling taken advantage of. Photos of my previous retainer and the new one I purchased shown for comparison. I hope they make this right because if this is the quality they stand behind, I obviously chose the wrong Orthodontist.

Such a great experience!!! I just started Invisalign here and I’m honestly so happy I chose this office. Dr. Ajay Singh is super knowledgeable and makes everything feel easy to understand. He really takes his time and you can tell he actually cares. The whole staff is so friendly and helpful too! Every visit feels comfortable, and they’re always there if I have questions or need reassurance. It’s just a really welcoming place overall. If you’re thinking about Invisalign or orthodontic work, I definitely recommend them. I’ve had nothing but a great experience so far! Thank you Music City Orthodontics :)

Great experience with music city orthodontics having my braces done here. Pricing is reasonable and affordable, staff and doctor are always kind and helpful with any of the problems I had with my braces and teeth came out great!! Couldn’t be happier with the experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have braces or any other dental work done!
