my first experience was so comforting. i appreciate how everyone was professional but in a personable way from the time i walked in to the time i completed my appointment. Mrs. Lisa is so kind and graceful. Chelsea is so helpful and makes sure you are well taken care of. Hayley (spellcheck) was so kind and reassuring as i initiated my braces process. the receptionists were so friendly and made sure to inform me of anything i needed to know before i left. Dr. Sims has the best team and the synergy and aura in the office assures me that this wasn’t just a one-time experience but that this is how the team conducts themselves and cares for their patients consistently. looking forward to all of your support on my journey to my new smile! thank you so much! - Jada

Dr. Sims has a fantastic set up going on and is incredibly personable. I've been seeing him for clear aligners and have always had a positive and beyond enjoyable experience. I haven't been the greatest at following through at times, but they have always been super kind and flexible in supporting me and making sure I'm wearing the aligners properly and following the process. Albry is always incredibly friendly and professional and willing to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!!

They got us in quick! Our first appointment went smoothly and everyone was so kind and helpful. They got both of our kids in a set of braces within 2 hours of arriving! 5 out of 5!! We are super excited to continue treating with Dr. Sims!

Dr. Sims has a great practice. The staff is very personable and its easy to schedule & reschedule appointments as needed. After completing my Sims Aligners, I was able to have a sleep apnea appliance made in place of a retainer. Who knew you could even do that?! Thank you Dr. Sims, for a great smile and better sleep!
