This was my second time wearing braces. I can honestly say great service, always willing to adjust appointments when needed. Able to answer any question or concerns about my process. Financial process was easy and very straightforward. The staff super friendly. Dr.Sims himself very very friendly and welcoming. Thank you all I’m so pleased with my results.

Dr. Sims has a great practice. The staff is very personable and its easy to schedule & reschedule appointments as needed. After completing my Sims Aligners, I was able to have a sleep apnea appliance made in place of a retainer. Who knew you could even do that?! Thank you Dr. Sims, for a great smile and better sleep!

My experience with Dr. Sims and his staff is always top-notch 100+ they’re friendly they’re knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr. Sims to anyone. He is a wonderful doctor great personality. He knows who everyone that comes in the office he knows everyone’s name. His staff they are so amazing as well, . it starts at the top and it shows.. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

The best of the best of the best! I started my adult braces in another state and transferred to Dr. Sims. I'm so happy I did. He is the most patient, flexible, make-it-happen person you could ask for - and very, very empathetic and gentle if you have dental anxiety (like me!). The front office is full of absolute sweethearts, also very flexible and great at accommodating your schedule. Chelsea (billing) is SO GOOD at what she does, and really takes the time that others billing departments don't to maximize your insurance and, like Dr. Sims, make it happen. Just a perfect experience, I wouldn't send my friends or family anywhere else!

My daughter (12yr) got her top row of braces put on yesterday and will get her bottom row on later. My daughter is HIGHLY anxious! Dr Sims and the tech (I apologize I do not know her name) were AMAZING!!! My daughter was at ease the entire visit and told me after the visit she is so thankful that they told her every step they were going to make before they made it. She said there were no surprises and it helped her to stay calm. I highly recommend this office!
