From the moment of my first consult to my final treatment, I have experienced nothing less than first-rate care and professionalism. The entire staff is warm and friendly and will often go above and beyond to get the job done. I can recount times where the front-desk personnel saw my car pull up and checked me in before I could even walk through the front door, providing a seamless transition between the waiting room and the treatment chair. Once seated, Dr. Roedig will often greet you with a fist-bump and brighten your day with congenial service that leaves you with a sense of calmness and relief. FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!!!!!! I went in for an appointment with intention to discuss getting braces again…I got my evaluation, imaging, and BRACES all in the same day while receiving nothing but outstanding service!!!! The orthodontist is amazing as well the rest of the staff and front office. More than excited to do business with this office!

I have only been 1x for a consult but everyone in the office is very friendly. Everyone seems to work really well together and seems to care about the work they do. I felt very heard and was able to talk about my concerns. Options, plans, and expectations were laid out clearly for my treatment. I’m very hopeful and excited about my journey to an improved smile!
