We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Genuine Orthodontics. Dr. Alex and the whole team are fantastic with kids and make every visit easy and positive. They take the time to explain the orthodontic process and make everyone feel comfortable. If you’re looking for braces or orthodontic care in the Brentwood area, I highly recommend them!

Such a great experience so far! The whole staff made my family feel so welcome. Dr. Alex did an excellent job explaining the process of expansion for my five year old, and Jennifer at the front desk was so kind and thorough while explaining what to expect for the timeline. Our family recently moved to Kentucky from the west coast. Our daughter has a type of braces that orthodontics in the area did not want to use. After two negative appointments with other offices we found Dr. Alex’s office. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. He explained everything and very willing to use the braces my daughter already had on because he is up to date on treatments. Finding there office was such a stress relief. I feel very comfortable and would recommend them to everyone looking for quality care.

We started our orthodontic journey with Dr. Alex a couple of months ago, and we have had an absolutely amazing experience. Being a dentist myself, I especially appreciate that Dr. Alex is very hands on and personally delivers a high quality of care. He is great with my child, and knows how to put him at ease. Dr. Alex is well versed in current orthodontic research, and always presents us with the most up to date treatment options. I know my son is in great hands! We really enjoy a smaller, patient- oriented practice that works with our schedule!
