⭐ Horrible and Unprofessional Experience My daughter had been a patient at this clinic for four years, and unfortunately, we experienced unprofessionalism throughout that entire time. Some might wonder why we didn’t switch offices — the truth is, her insurance limited our options. Today was supposed to be a special day — the day she finally got her braces removed. Instead, it turned into another disappointing visit. The appointment started off with an unexpected “accident” from the doctor’s dog — yes, poop in the office — which, sadly, wasn’t the first time this had happened. After it was cleaned up, the assistant began my daughter’s procedure. During the process, my daughter overheard the assistants gasping and commenting on her inflamed gums. Later, one of them even asked if they could post her, leaving her feeling humiliated and uncomfortable. What should have been a moment of joy and confidence became one of embarrassment. The bedside manner and professionalism at this office are severely lacking. I am absolutely livid at how my daughter was treated. Thankfully, our regular dentist was able to see her afterward, reassure her, and restore some of the confidence she lost during this visit. If you’re looking for compassionate, respectful care — this is not the place for you. But if you don’t mind being treated like just another number in a chair, then this clinic might meet your expectations.

This office has been wonderful. My child needed/wanted top braces to pull back one tooth that was a problem because she was getting made fun of at school. They understood and were able to help her with that while she was still losing baby teeth. Now that all her baby teeth are gone, we are in the process of getting her top and bottom braces to permanently align all of her teeth. Artistic Smiles works with you on financing to make your child's braces affordable. They are up front about the treatment plan, total amount, down-payment, monthly payments, etc. Overall, working with them has been a smooth and pain-free process for us. My child looks forward to her appointments here, which in itself is a huge win!

Being a health care provider myself. I understand the importance of receiving caring, professional, and reliable care. Dr. Fisher’s office goes the extra step to make you feel comfortable and informed. I was extremely nervous about the entire process, because I waited until I was much older to get the work done. I must say that I am impressed on how adamant they are about patient care, patient satisfaction, comfort, and trust! Also, Dr. Fisher seems to be a pretty chill and cool guy!! Professional, but personable… That makes the experience even better.

Oh gosh! We love coming to this office! Dr. Fisher and staff are so kind! I really appreciate his honesty and tough love when needed (teenagers, am I right?!). Appointments are super easy to schedule and the flexibility is great for working parents. I really have no complaints! Thanks so much for all you guys do to provide great care!

I highly recommend Dr. Fisher. He’s kind, engaging with kids, and great at what he does. His staff is great. Friendly and efficient. We only waited a few minutes before being seen (I also like the choice of waiting inside or in the car, which allowed us to listen to our audio book while waiting to be seen). Nothing but positive things to say. 👍
