Both the Staff and Dr Fisher were all very kind, professional, informative, and cared deeply about the health of our son. Dr Fisher and his assistant took the time to explain diagnostics and treatments to us as well as answer all of our questions. He cares a great deal about the patient presence in the healthcare system as a whole. They were relatable and provided so tired of personal experiences to us. They did the least invasive exam possible for our one year old. Dr Fisher even sent us home with a book to learn more about childhood development. And shoutout to bracket, the therapy dog, who let our son (not all that gently) pat her head.

⭐ Horrible and Unprofessional Experience My daughter had been a patient at this clinic for four years, and unfortunately, we experienced unprofessionalism throughout that entire time. Some might wonder why we didn’t switch offices — the truth is, her insurance limited our options. Today was supposed to be a special day — the day she finally got her braces removed. Instead, it turned into another disappointing visit. The appointment started off with an unexpected “accident” from the doctor’s dog — yes, poop in the office — which, sadly, wasn’t the first time this had happened. After it was cleaned up, the assistant began my daughter’s procedure. During the process, my daughter overheard the assistants gasping and commenting on her inflamed gums. Later, one of them even asked if they could post her, leaving her feeling humiliated and uncomfortable. What should have been a moment of joy and confidence became one of embarrassment. The bedside manner and professionalism at this office are severely lacking. I am absolutely livid at how my daughter was treated. Thankfully, our regular dentist was able to see her afterward, reassure her, and restore some of the confidence she lost during this visit. If you’re looking for compassionate, respectful care — this is not the place for you. But if you don’t mind being treated like just another number in a chair, then this clinic might meet your expectations.

If I could do no stars I most definitely would, I normally never leave reviews but this has been by far the worst experience!! My baby appointment was at 10:00 a.m. I get there about 15 minutes early because I wanna make sure we are checked in on time, we get checked in take a seat I notice there’s a few ppl in front of us, Okay cool we’re waiting 10:00 am rolls around we haven’t been called so we are still waiting I’m not mad at this moment because what’s a few mins after 10 right smh ppl are steadily coming in getting called back before us so I go to the check in like hey my baby’s appointment was for 10 it’s almost 11:00 am she’s like we’re short staffed he should be next okay I proceed to take my seat again another person that came in after us gets called back before us so explain to me if you guys are “SHORT STAFFED” how are you calling everyone except for my son I’m irritated he’s irritated and I’m looking for somewhere else to take my baby at this point because this is unacceptable I’m highly upset!

We are very pleased with the professionalism and outcome of the dr. Our grandson has a million dollar smile, that didn't cost a million!

This office has been wonderful. My child needed/wanted top braces to pull back one tooth that was a problem because she was getting made fun of at school. They understood and were able to help her with that while she was still losing baby teeth. Now that all her baby teeth are gone, we are in the process of getting her top and bottom braces to permanently align all of her teeth. Artistic Smiles works with you on financing to make your child's braces affordable. They are up front about the treatment plan, total amount, down-payment, monthly payments, etc. Overall, working with them has been a smooth and pain-free process for us. My child looks forward to her appointments here, which in itself is a huge win!
