Bellano Dental Health - Germantown

I, like so many others, dread going to the dentist. But my initial experience today may make it a task I have to do but not with dread. The personnel in this office were amazing. From check in all the way through check out I met no one who wasn’t warm and caring. The dental hygienist, April, listened and even though should had to do her job it was with the utmost concern for my comfort. And Dr. Clayton came in and actually had a discussion with me about my dental needs and made me a part of the care plan. This is undeniably the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. I’m sorry I don’t recall their names but both ladies in the reception area were exceptional as well. They could not have picked better people to be the initial contact for this business.

My fiancé went in because he had a broken tooth and been in severe pain. The dentist made sure to take X-rays and do all the work for her to get paid but flat out told him I won’t even try to pull your tooth a referred a different dentist. Only gave him a script of antibiotics and sent my fiancé on his way still in pain, and still with the broken tooth. They seen his tattoos and judged him he said. Snooty and honestly unprofessional. It was a waste of our time. They got paid though. He’s got a great job with insurance. Sad,

Dr. Clayton and the team at the Germantown location always provide excellent service. Everything that I get done is explained to me in detail. Him and his team always listen and I get to ask questions and get feedback in a professional manner. The best dental care I've ever received!!!!

My first time here and I had the best dental experience I can remember. Danielle was perfection and made me feel like I was hanging with an old friend. Beyond how comfortable she made me feel she was top notch professional and amazing at her job. Dr. Clayton was also very kind and wrapped up the experience nicely. Thank you to the whole team!

Yes, sure enough it was a very good visit with all appropriate attention. April was extremely caring and so was Dr. Wade. Much Apreciation. I felt like special patient/customer. Looking forward to my next appointment.🙌
