I’ve had such a great experience with Saddle Creek! I came in from having a poor experience with Invisalign from a previous office and now Saddle Creek has made me fall in love with my smile again. Everything has gone smoothly from the very beginning, and the entire team has been professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my treatment. The office itself is beautiful, extremely clean, and very modern, with updated facilities and technology that make every visit comfortable and efficient. I’ve always felt well taken care of and confident in the treatment I’m receiving. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone (already have) looking for high-quality orthodontic care and an overall excellent experience!

From my very first visit to Saddle Creek Orthodontics, I felt welcomed and confident I had made the right choice. The team took time to explain my treatment plan, review X-rays, and go over simple financing options right in the office. Throughout my nearly two-year treatment, every visit was smooth, quick, and professional. I rarely waited more than a few minutes, and the staff always explained what was happening at each step. Scheduling was flexible, reminders were helpful, and they even worked around my work schedule. I was especially impressed with their modern technology, including digital scanning for retainers instead of traditional molds. Dr. Kyle and Dr. John were both actively involved and truly cared about my results. When I had concerns, they listened and made adjustments without hesitation. I always felt supported and well-informed. Even financing through OrthoBanc was simple and stress-free. I used to be anxious about dental visits, but I never felt uncomfortable here. Every staff member was kind, professional, and attentive. I also appreciated their flexibility with appointments and having two convenient locations. When my braces were removed, I was honestly a little sad because I loved my smile journey so much! The results are amazing! Overall, Saddle Creek Orthodontics exceeded my expectations in every way—excellent care, great communication, modern technology, and beautiful results. Highly recommend! I would’ve said more but Google wouldn’t let me.

I really enjoyed my braces journey with Dr. John and his team at Saddle Creek! They worked really well with me through many different phases of life, and Dr. John always made getting my teeth to a point that I wanted them a top priority! I love this place!
