The hygienists provide outstanding customer service—they are knowledgeable, very informative, and incredibly patient. They take the time to explain each step of the process and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit. Dr. Messer is exceptional. He never rushes through appointments and takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment options, answer questions, and address any concerns you may have. His attention to detail and genuine care for his patients make you feel confident that you’re receiving the best possible care. Amazing dental team here. I have a slightly complicated dental situation that causes constant tooth deterioration. Dr Messer and his team of highly skilled hygienists have helped me stay on top of my dental health and get my mouth and teeth much healthier with a specialized plan of treatment catered for me. The front desk staff are superhuman at remembering names and are so friendly when you walk in. They are great at helping with insurance billing and scheduling around what you need. Could not recommend a dentist practice more than Southwind Dental Care.

From the first initial phone call to the entrance of the front office, to sitting in the dental chair, back to the front office for check-out was nothing MORE a great experience. The office was clean, the staff was pleasant, and everyone was professional. I stated to Dr. Messer and his assistant; " I believe I hit the jackpot! (Smile). My first visit with Southwind Dental was Awesome. The check in process was great. Ashton was professional, Great Customer Service, friendly, and Great cleaning skills. She is one of the best dental hygienist that I've been too. My teeth look great. The office is clean. The staff is friendly the veiw of the Turkeys was amazing. They were beautiful. The check out process was awesome. The Front desk staff is very polite and knowledgeable about all dental information. I will refer this office everyone.

I recently visited this location and it is by far the most professional dentist office I have been in, my dental hygienist was so attentive and knowledgeable, the job was not rushed instead it was handled like I was their only patient with lots of care and attention. I love this place and will be recommending it to everyone I know needing dental care. Keep up the good work, you definitely have a patient for life.❤️
