Scenic City Orthodontics

I was referred to Scenic City Orthodontic by my Denist Doctor Brooks. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and all fear left me. I have had negative experiences at previous Dental offices. I was welcomed immediately and was told by the front desk staff exactly what was going to happen. I had x-rays done by the most professional and friendly staff, then I meet my financial coordinator Emily i believe that is her name, she was very friendly showed me around the office and and asked what was my goals for my teeth. I meet Doctor Prentice who was friendly and knowledgeable, he explained what needed to be done and asked if I was comfortable with the process. Emily set up a payment plan that offered zero interest rates and the monthly payment was beyond reasonable, then I meet another friendly lady who took pictures of my mouth and made sure they set my follow up base on my strict work schedule. Scenic City Orthodontic is beyond the best they rock!

I couldn’t be happier with the results now that I’ve finished my treatment with Dr. Prentice. The entire staff is always super friendly, kind, and helpful, which made every visit a great experience. I was previously told by another dentist that my situation could only be fixed through surgery, but thankfully I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Prentice. He was able to give me the results I wanted without surgery, and I’m truly grateful. Highly recommend!

This is my second experience with braces, scenic city orthodontics was absolutely incredible. They did things in such a different way but the experience was way better. I had Dr. Jen through my entire journey. She was so kind and thoughtful I would definitely recommend this orthodontist!

Truly excellent ortho office. Everyone is gracious and accommodating. As an older adult I was hesitant to consider some type of ortho but they are determined to help any and all find their best aligned smile! Thanks to everyone for their time and kindness!!!

My experience with this team has been absolutely five stars. I came here as a 40-year-old woman looking to have straight teeth for the first time in my life. The doctors are very knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. I've been in invisalign almost a year and a half now, so they have seen a lot of me. Each time I go they are friendly and punctual. My treatment is almost over, I will come back to update with photos and final results!
