Dr. Twomley is one of the best orthodontist in Chattanooga. He has been my orthodontist since he opened his first office. He is very kind, passionate about his work, and very thorough. He now has opened his second office and it is a beautiful Office. his staff are really nice, especially Morgan. I have been out of braces for a couple of years now, and I still love my smile. Thank you for being awesome! Your amazing work is truly appreciated!

The office is always clean, appointments run smoothly, and the wait time was never long. We were traveling through Chattanooga when my son suddenly had a pointy wire from his braces hurting his mouth, and he couldn’t eat. I called several other dental offices, but no one had availability or they were closed on Friday. This office kindly found a spot for us and saw my son right away. They fixed the problem quickly and with so much care! I was so grateful. The staff was warm and welcoming, the office was beautiful and comfortable, and the entire experience was amazing. Truly an incredible team — I’m so thankful for their kindness and professionalism!
