Dr Jen and the staff were amazing for every visit. My daughter Delanie genuinely couldn’t wait to get braces back in Sept 2024, and the day has finally come to have braces removed and she was prob the only patient to ever say she wanted to keep them on. If and I say if bc we very rarely ever had an issue after a tightening, but when she did the staff would fit us right in. Everyone is always so happy and smiling. She truly loved going to the orthodontist. Thank you everyone for all the hard work, and effort! You gave my girl the best possible smile. She is beyond happy, and grateful for all of you

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The visit was stress- and frustration-free. The consultation is, as advertised, 100% free. My daughter and I came in to find out about her having braces, expecting it to be a long day and a complicated process. To my surprise, in less than two hours (including my trip home and back for some paperwork I hadn't brought with me initially), we were done, my daughter wearing brand-spanking-new braces and happy as a clam😁😊.

You can feel that this office genuinely cares and really wanted to help with any questions or concerns. I couldn’t have asked for a better out come. I would recommend this office to anyone. Communication is key and they went over and beyond any office I’ve ever been to in 35 years.
