Our experience with both Dr and Hygienist was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the entire team made my 3-year-old feel completely at ease. They both were incredibly patient, kind, and gentle, taking the time to explain each step in a way that made both of us feel comfortable. From the x-rays to the cleaning, my little one sat through everything relaxed and happy. I left the office feeling confident that we’re in the best hands. You can truly tell that everyone there cares about each person who walks through those doors.

Have been going to Sioux Falls Smiles for a number of years and they are terrific! No waiting, staff is always friendly and accommodating. Hygienist and doctor top notch! Would highly recommend!!

Life gets busy people are not perfect. Missed an appointment and was charged $80. Went there for years they made good money off my business. They placed an $80 value on the Dr. patient repationship. That's your value to them. You can find someone that values your business more than $80. Avoid at all costs.

This place was friendly and kind, I had to bring my daughter which is 4 months old to my dental exam at the Minnesota location. At first Ari, my daughter, was doing reallly good. But then all of sudden started to cry and I was worried that it would mess with the dentist’s focus. But the dental assistant offered to have one of the girls up front walk around with her, which I thought was so sweet. But when I picked her up out of her car seat she was soaking wet and I didn’t have an extra pair of clothes and I left my diaper bag in the truck. The dentists assistant offered to give me an extra pair of clothes, from her car! I was so appreciative of how nice and friendly they all were, shout out to Shelly!!

Staff were great and kind. I about cried at the cost for what I need done in the future. The receptionist that checked me out gave a resource to look into to help with payment options.
