Super friendly, I was nervous since I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and have had some bad experiences. They were super welcoming and transparent about what my next appointment would cost. Highly recommend

I hate the dentist BUT I love these guys. Attention to details, great customer service, and a team the really cares. Dr Jace, Vanessa the dental assistant, Heidi in billing, even Jesse the scheduler… this team rocks!!

So my son needed to get more fillings. While with the doctor she said she could do this at the next cleaning. After getting to the finance office I was badgered about "are you sure you want to wait, if this was my child ... " I literally almost left in tears. I am a sole and single mother for my son, no state help only health insurance, meaning I pay out of pocket. I can barely afford the insurance I have to pay for. Being hounded upon leaving about another $600 appt. is NOT what someone likes to deal with. I absolutely adore my son's dentist and she is amazing however after yesterday I had thoughts of switching.

Extremely friendly staff all around. The check in and check out process went smoothly. Very thorough routine screening and my exam findings were explained well. I would highly recommend this practice to others.

I was a cash pay patient and was given quote of approximately $250 for routine cleaning when making appointment but was told $460 upon arrival. They eventually agreed to see me for original price quoted. The whole office seemed dedicated to serving primarily one population, Hispanic. Everyone at front desk bilingual, mostly Hispanic patients, and a definite feel that the rest of us were in the back seat. I will not be going back.
