The staff is not friendly at all. They don’t greet you or say have a great day. The orthodontist assistant doesn’t talk the entire appointment unless they’re asking you to do something with your mouth or don’t even ask are you ok. The secretary man at the desk is super nice. I feel as though if you’re getting people money , make them feel welcomed. Today was my first experience, so hopefully it gets better.

Roni is amazing! I had a wonderful experience ! She was extremely professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
