Novus Orthodontics

The staff is not friendly at all. They don’t greet you or say have a great day. The orthodontist assistant doesn’t talk the entire appointment unless they’re asking you to do something with your mouth or don’t even ask are you ok. The secretary man at the desk is super nice. I feel as though if you’re getting people money , make them feel welcomed. Today was my first experience, so hopefully it gets better.

Ever since I got my braces, Novous has given me an amazing experience. The staff is genuinely kind and incredibly understanding. They make you feel like family, and the whole place has a comforting, home-like atmosphere.

I haven’t had a bad experience yet. I was able to get an appt scheduled today (right before the holidays). I had a wire that was cutting my jaw so bad & I was in and out with no problem. Raven was very professional & did a great job!!!

I loved it when Dr Joseph was there and Edys. The last time my daughter visited they were backed up with appointments and I wasn’t use to it being so backed up. Then was a new dental assistant and she didn’t seem very knowledgeable and was struggling a bit. The new ortho doesn’t seem to have much personality. She doesn’t seem like she wants to be there she just kind of sits back until they call her to check folks. I don’t see her smile or very much talkative. After the dental assistant was done the ortho didn’t check to make sure her work was correct. The next day daughter my daughter complains about her wire, she now has a bump and bleeding in the back in her mouth. This never has happened before. The whole process was slow. I’m thinking about changing ortho bc I just feel like folks aren’t knowledgeable and not wanting to really be there to ensure patients are taking cared of. Ppl are watching you please smile, please talk to ppl not just hi and bye

We have had the best experience with two of our children. They love the assistants and the friendly, comfortable atmosphere they provide. From beginning to end it has been a smooth journey and they explain everything at each visit. Very happy with the results and when our other children are ready for treatment they will be coming to this office as well.
