Suburban Dental

DO NOT go here. It is a total and complete scam. These people billed my insurance wrong and we have been working for over a year to get it corrected. The office manager is not possible to get on the phone. When we do she assures us that the matter is taken care of. Every month we get another bill. Now they're threatening collections because they keep billing it wrong. My insurance company has said multiple times that they just need to resubmit and it will be approved. They refuse to resubmit properly and blame me for their inability to properly bill. Not to mention the scamming they do to sell whatever overpriced "promotion" they've got going on at the moment.

Very nice office! Appointment process was quick and professional. The doctor was personable and had significant expertise. I am a stickler when it comes to my teeth and feel confident and comfortable that Dr. Chartnitski is going to take care of my smile. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

Dr Stephen Charnitski made me feel confident in choosing the new dental treatment plan that he recommends. I was very nervous in getting consultations as my insurance only covers 2 a year and I really wanted to choose a doctor that I can trust to do my treatments and the doctor gave me a free consultation which I was very pleased with. My hygienist Alexis is the nicest, most efficient, gentlest hygienist I have ever known. She is always concerned for your comfort and has a kind word for you. I have also seen Dr Charnitski for a long time. He is also kind and explains concerns for your health and what needs attention. Thank you for your professionalism in this office.

Well all I can say is I got a deep clean done by the most gentle nurse her name is Megan. She made me feel comfortable and safe. Because of her I will recommend my family and friends to Suburban Dental it's a home away from home 🏡. If it's great for adults it's wonderful for children!
