Smiles 4 Keeps - Allentown

I had an amazing experience at smiles 4 keeps, the staff here were so comforting, friendly, helpful, and informative. The staff i had this experience with are Dr.Afreen, Arrielle ( Dental Assistant), and Charlene (EFDA). They very fast and efficient and did a great job!

I had several visits in the Allentown Office for all 3 of my children for multiple different treatments. All of the team is amazing, kind and helpful! Especially Sade and Blanca at the front desk. Both so patient, friendly and accommodating to all question and requests. Highly recommended, great office, great team!

From the moment I stepped into the office until the moment I left, Jocelyn was amazing. She was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel like I mattered. She took the time to listen to me, answer my questions, and make sure I had everything I needed. Her kindness and attention to detail made my experience so much better. Thank you, Jocelyn, for making me feel so valued and taken care of. Your customer service was truly exceptional! Desiree, I truly want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there for me throughout my oral surgery journey. Your encouragement, positivity, and support helped me stay strong when I felt nervous or unsure. You kept reminding me to stay positive and helped me believe that I could get through it. Having someone in my corner who genuinely cared and supported me meant more than you know. I’m so grateful for you and everything you did to help me feel less alone and more confident through this experience. ❤️

I had the best dental work experience possible for somebody who can’t be put under anesthesia because of my pre-existing breathing condition. The surgeon Dr. Nguyen, and nurses Desiree, and a 3rd nurse were so kind, supportive, and patient with me for 13 extractions and a coronectomy. They were like guardian angels helping me through the procedure. The heal went easy thanks to Dr. N’s awesome stitch work. The whole staff had good energy. I 100% Recommend Smiles4Keeps, I won’t go anywhere else again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I do not recommend coming to this location. They do not communicate important information timely and they may waste your time and energy. I had scheduled oral surgery this morning for my daughter that was confirmed the day prior. When I arrived to the office at the time given to me by the staff member the previous day, I was told I would have to pay $190 out of pocket for sedation my insurance wouldn't cover. Then they proceed to tell me I needed to be here for 7:30 am, which i arrived 745 am as instructed to me the previous night. I explained I was told 745 am and why didnt anyone tell me about the noncovered out of pocket cost before the day of surgery. The appt was canceled due to their mistakes and nothing was done to rectify my wasted time and effort driving an hour to their location and losing money by taking a day off work. All the office manager did after they listened to the call to confirm i was actually told to arrive @ 745 am was apologize, which does not help. They could have done more to rectify the situation since it was literally all their fault. This experience gave me the impression that the staff members are unprofessional and not properly trained. I'd beware of this location if I were you.
