I have to be honest, my visit started off a little rocky. The lobby was packed, there was little communication so you just had to fill out the online docs & wait. I was wondering why people were being called before me, so I was definitely feeling a little frustrated at first. I understand though that it was understaffed today, so that’s all understandable. They still got everyone checked in, answered phones and greeted as much as they could. BUT once Evelyn came out, everything changed. From the moment she took my X-rays, I could tell she was completely in sync with the rest of the team. Everyone worked together seamlessly, and it was honestly impressive to watch. Evelyn was also constantly cleaning and disinfecting equipment and chairs between patients. As someone who pays attention to cleanliness, that did not go unnoticed and made me feel much more comfortable. Ashley and Dayana were absolutely on point. Dayana was my favorite part of the visit. She took the time to address every concern I had, explained everything thoroughly, and left no question unanswered. I walked out with a full understanding of my treatment plan and upcoming appointments. She is truly top-notch at what she does. Ashley worked alongside her and the doctor flawlessly. She kept me informed throughout the visit and even answered questions I didn’t know I should be asking. Dr. Afreen was attentive, informative, kind, and professional. Even while managing multiple patients, she made me feel heard and cared for. When it was time to check out, Emily was incredibly sweet and helpful. She got my future appointments scheduled and even got me in the very next day for my fillings. Talk about smooth sailing! As someone who struggles with anxiety, feeling comfortable in a dental office is a big deal. These ladies made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. I’ve been searching for a dental office that’s clean, organized, and doesn’t make patients feel rushed or pushed aside. Seeing a team of women working together so efficiently was honestly motivational and inspiring. Shoutout to Evelyn, Dayana, Ashley, Dr. Afreen, and Emily for making what could have been a stressful appointment a great experience. You all did an amazing job for me and because of you, I left feeling relieved, informed, and confident about my dental care.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. Emily was very helpful and welcoming when checking me in, and she assisted me with all of the paperwork. Naomi, Dr. Khadder’s assistant, was incredibly thorough, kind, and helpful. She explained everything step by step, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. Dr. Khadder and the team made the process quick and efficient. When I checked out, Sade was friendly, positive, and a pleasure to work with. Everyone I encountered had a great attitude and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and efficient dental team!

I had several visits in the Allentown Office for all 3 of my children for multiple different treatments. All of the team is amazing, kind and helpful! Especially Sade and Blanca at the front desk. Both so patient, friendly and accommodating to all question and requests. Highly recommended, great office, great team!

I had the best dental work experience possible for somebody who can’t be put under anesthesia because of my pre-existing breathing condition. The surgeon Dr. Nguyen, and nurses Desiree, and a 3rd nurse were so kind, supportive, and patient with me for 13 extractions and a coronectomy. They were like guardian angels helping me through the procedure. The heal went easy thanks to Dr. N’s awesome stitch work. The whole staff had good energy. I 100% Recommend Smiles4Keeps, I won’t go anywhere else again.
