I highly recommend Keifer Family Orthodontics. Dr. Keifer and her entire team are amazing. They are kind and welcoming, it is impossible not to be comfortable from the moment you enter. Their waiting room is designed to keep all age groups occupied and their office runs smoothly and is very organized. Dr. Keifer and her staff are super knowledgeable, and extremely willing to help with any questions you have about your care. They all give 110% when it comes to your treatment and explain in detail in a way that not only parents understand but the children understand as well. It is very easy to make appointments, and the wait time for your appointment is very short. They do their best to get you in and out as quickly and efficiently as they can, best of all my kids never fear or get upset when they have an appointment, they actually look forward to going. The staff is always upbeat, and they go above and beyond to show they care, even when unexpected long term medical events happened they sent care packages of positivity to help get my kid through very difficult times. I can not thank Dr. Keifer and her staff enough for everything they have done. They are truly more than just the orthodontist, they become your second family leaving you with bright healthy smiles!
