Ghosh Orthodontics Allentown

I had a good experience with the office from day one. However that changed today! My daughters bracket came off and was scheduled for 09/23/25. Her bracket was fixed and not even an hour after her appointment her bracket was loose again. I contacted the Office and was told that they needed to check with the doctor and that he might recommend leaving the bracket off since it kept coming off. Herd back from the office on 09/26/25 from Kelly and she moved my daughters appointment to 10/28/25 to address the bracket issue. (All communication was via text messages) Came in for the visit and Michelle the dental assistant that worked on my daughter came and spoke to me with a horrible attitude. She started off stating that my daughters treatment was going to be delayed due to my daughter not being complaint. She assumed that my daughter was eating what she wasn't suppose to. I tried explaining that her bracket came off right after her last appointment and she cut me off saying that there where no notes in the system to proof that I had contacted the office to report the issue. I repeated my self and Michelle proceeded to cut me off. She was extremely unprofessional. I went up to the front desk to schedule my daughters follow up and was able to find proof of all the messages that I had and showed the receptionist. She was very nice and confirmed that she was able to see the messages and that it might of been a computer glitch. I asked to speak to the doctor however the receptionist said that he was seeing patients and that I could wait or expect a phone call. I work in the medical field and know for a fact that Michelle's attitude is unacceptable specially working with children.

Great experience every time I visit Ghosh. Courteous and friendly staff. Always willing to answer any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend Ghosh

We had a great experience at Ghosh Orthodontics. Dr. Ghosh was amazing - he took his time, was very thorough, and explained everything clearly. Most importantly, he was reassuring and made my son feel comfortable and confident about starting orthodontic treatment.

I was expecting someone who worked on my kid will step out and inform a waiting parent of what they did and inform of the required care to be taken by kid with braces. I am not sure who is working on my kid, an experienced or a new comer as the staff asks us to wait outside. Did I make a right choice for my kid coming here?
