Willis Dental

Looking for quality dental that took my insurance. My best friend referred me and I took the chance. Best communication with business office. Confirmed my insurance and informed about other costs before scheduling new patient appointment. First visit was relaxing, with skilled dental techs. Dr. Davis is very personable. He asked me questions about having certain work done and I was shocked he could tell by just looking at my teeth and x-rays. I will not call out my last dental office, but haven't had this level of care in years. Second appointment also went smooth and quick. He fixed some things that had been done by last dentist. I feel confident that I'm finally in good hands.

Today was my first visit at Willis Dental. At my previous dentist office they had to walk me through a maze to get to the chair and the room was barely big enough for the chair and the dental hygienist. It was nice to walk in and see a modern office. The staff was very friendly and they made a trip to the dentist a pleasant experience. The wait time for the dentist seemed a little long after the cleaning was completed, but he was friendly and overall it was a great experience.

I was wondering how care was going to be after Dr Willis retired. Really, really liked him. Have to say - it was excellent!!!! Dr Nelson is wonderful. Just had a crown done yesterday. Yelena was assisting. They both listened to what I was saying, asking throughout the procedure if I was experiencing any discomfort, and told me step by step what they were doing. I'm so glad to see the quality of care I had experienced with Dr Willis continue.

It's always been difficult for me to find a dental practice that I feel comfortable at. After my long time dentist retired, i needed to find a new one. Luckily my friend was in the same situation and found Willis Dental and recommended them. I saw Dr Nelson and he is very personable and helpful. The entire practice, reception, dental assistant and hygienist were all very warm and fun to be around. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Always a great experience when my family goes to Willis dental! The staff are kind, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking!
