My daughter had her braces removed today after 2yrs, I bit of time to say the least, when we saw her teeth today fornthe first time, a few minutes after her braces were removed, she almost cried and so did I, her teeth look absolutely amazing all due to south Salem orthodontics, Dr Carter and his team killed it, they obviously know what they are doing and it's like magic seriously, she is a beautiful girl already and now shes even more beautiful if that's possible. Anyway, like I said Dr Carter and his team have me at a loss for words despit all this, I couldn't say thank you enough before we left and damn near had tears in my eyes the whole time and I'm sure they noticed. I would recommend SOUTH SALEM ORTHODONTICS to anyone anytime, they were also very nice and positive at all times with my daughter and never once faultered from that, every technician that my daughter saw, she was always kind and courteous to my daughter and was fun with a sense of humor and made every visit like a tiny, calm, peaceful vacation. THANK YOU DR CARTER AND TO YOUR ENTIRE TEAM!

Dr Carter and his wonderful staff have been treating our family for over 7 years. I cannot express how grateful we are for their care and dedication to not only our teeth but our overall health. Dr Carter has been a critical piece of our children’s health journey. He has helped our family achieve goals we weren’t sure were possible and we are so thankful to him and his team. They are generous, kind, patient, thoughtful, and do everything possible to make sure you feel seen.

We’ve had such a great experience at South Salem Orthodontics! The office is bright, clean, and welcoming — it’s the kind of place you actually enjoy going to! The staff is truly the best — super friendly, helpful, and always on top of everything. They make the whole process easy and comfortable, both for the kids and for us as parents. Dr. Carter is amazing. He’s confident, knowledgeable, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. He explains everything in a way that makes sense and always takes time to answer questions. We feel really lucky to have him overseeing our kids’ treatment. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

I can not say enough AMAZING words to sum up my delight in Dr. Carter and his South Salem Orthodontic practice. Dr. Carter is absolutely the BEST orthodontist in Salem! He is kind, gentle & knowledgeable, his staff are sweet and gracious, they all are highly skilled in their profession. Both my children have incredibly beautiful, healthy smiles thanks to Dr. Carter and his team!!!
