Dr. Carter and his entire team are truly amazing. My special needs teenager is a very anxious patient and also has pica, and he’s had two phases of braces at South Salem Orthodontist. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, patient, and understanding with him. The level of care and customer service we received was exceptional. I’m incredibly grateful to the whole team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if my other teenager ever needs orthodontic care in the future.

I just now completed my orthodontic treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and professional. The orthodontist took the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful with scheduling and any questions I had along the way. Appointments were efficient, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. I loved how the receptionist already knew my name the minute I’d walked in! Most importantly, I love my new smile—it turned out even better than I expected. I would highly recommend this office to anyone considering orthodontic treatment! “Oh yeah! Much better” my smile is!

Dr Carter and his wonderful staff have been treating our family for over 7 years. I cannot express how grateful we are for their care and dedication to not only our teeth but our overall health. We’ve had such a great experience at South Salem Orthodontics! The office is bright, clean, and welcoming — it’s the kind of place you actually enjoy going to! The staff is truly the best — super friendly, helpful, and always on top of everything. They make the whole process easy and comfortable, both for the kids and for us as parents. Dr. Carter is amazing. He’s confident, knowledgeable, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. He explains everything in a way that makes sense and always takes time to answer questions.
