Both of our children have had a great experience getting braces with Dr. Carter and his team. Dr. Carter is fantastic with kids—he doesn't just treat them as patients, but actively includes them in the process, helping them understand what’s happening and making them feel confident along the way. His staff is always professional, kind, and welcoming. Every appointment has been smooth, and we truly appreciate the positive and friendly environment they’ve created.

Dr Carter is extremely friendly, helpful, and caring. He takes the time to really listen and never seems like he is in a hurry. Great customer service.

I got my braces off I was given a permanent retainer on the bottom, days after I noticed my teeth were moving so I went in and they told me it's because of the "bite". But never did they offer a plastic retainer for the bottom or even fix THEIR mistake. After spending $1000s of dollars getting my teeth fixed I'm sure they can afford to fix a mistake rather than mess my teeth up and not even apologize or attempt to fix it. Also permanent retainers are awful for hygene and they don't even work!! Really disappointed
