I have been going to Dr. Smith since his office was located in Springfield (a long time). He and his office staff have always been very friendly, yet very professional. I feel confident that he has the newest and best equipment available at all times. I consider my hygienist Debbie, to be a special friend since we have spent so much time together over the years. My teeth and gums have always been well cared for by Debbie and Dr. Smith and his dental assistant. They do not hesitate to refer me to an outside specialist if one is needed. I referred my husband to Dr. Smith's office and he referred his father! That's how much confidence our family has in Dr. Smith! I would like to add that he always has a warm and friendly staff handling the business details of the office. I highly recommend the Smile Institute for your dental care!

I have gone to Dr. Smith for years and he and his staff are the very best! I wouldn't go to anyone else for my cosmetic dentistry. I love the ability to have new veneers or caps made on the same visit! Even though I have dental phobia from the time I was a child, they put me at ease and make me comfortable. My husband and I moved from KS to OR 3 years ago. We found Dr. Smith via a referral from our former dentist. We both have extensive crown work so we wanted to be sure to find an OR dentist with similar accreditation as our KS dentist. From our very first visit we were confident we had found the right dentist. Dr. Smith and his entire staff are amazing. The care we receive is phenomenal. Debra, the dental hygienist is very thorough and professional. The office is run with exceptional efficiency. Give The Smile Institute a chance - you wil be very pleased!

I love going to the Smile Institute and I never miss my cleaning appointments with Debbie every 6 months. The staff is super friendly and professional and make patients feel very comfortable. I recently had a little place on a tooth filled and it was done in literally minutes by Dr. Tilman, so there was no need to schedule another appointment - so convenient. I highly recommend them.

I started coming to Dr Smith at the Smile Institute 13 years ago. Because of a number of bad experiences I did not like any dentist. Therefore, when I arrived for the first visit I required a lot of dental work. Dr. Smith suggested nitrous oxide and other injectables so I could tolerate what needed to be done. After several visits I became so comfortable, most of the time I didn't require any medication to tolerate procedures. Dr. Smith and all his staff members are a skilled dental team. they are also "down to earth' warm people. I will not go anywhere else for my dental care. I recommend them to everyone I know.
