Everyone there was so helpful and supportive with it being my first time at this office. They are very aware that people have dental anxiety and even had a comfort menu for their patients to make them more comfortable. The hygienist and doctor answered all my questions on what they were doing and what are the next steps for my dental health which was really nice and didn’t make me feel silly for asking so many things. I felt really taken care of. I recommend Oakmont for everyone!

Let’s be real, no one likes going to the dentist for any reason. It’s usually cold, and dull, and boring, and they’re all up in your mouth business for what feels like forever. Last year my family dentist retired so I had to find a new one. The process to establish care with Oakmont was probably one of the easiest I’ve experienced with a medical facility! I was able to get in as a new patient within 2 weeks! The facility itself is warm and inviting, and the gals at the front desk are always so kind!! I saw Sam, the hygienist, for both of my cleanings last year. She went out of her way to explain each and every step of the cleaning process. Not only did it calm my nerves, but I was also grateful for the knowledge! Today I saw Kaylin, and she was wonderful! She’s also super kind and thorough and even with a mask on, her positive attitude shines through. I forgot the name of the dentist that did my exam today, but she was awesome! She listened to my concerns and quickly helped me figure out what the issue was. If the billboards and radio ads haven’t already convinced you to visit their office, hopefully this review will. I recently started going to Oakmont Family Dental (been there three times now). I have always had a lot of anxiety going to the dentist but Oakmont makes me feel comfortable and confident going into their office. Sam has done a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and checking to make sure I was comfortable. often and Dr. Jillian Rose has been really wonderful doing fillings. Both of them and the rest of the staff has the best communication I have ever encountered at any office. Thank you for changing my mind and feelings about going to a dentist office.

My son & I had an absolutely amazing appointment at the Eugene Oakmont Dental last week. Everyone was so welcoming. It was the first time my son went back for his cleaning on his own and the hygienist was so good with him even with his social anxiety. I’ve been raving about our visit to everyone. The out of network cost was so worth it to feel like you’re going to see an old friend.

Oakmont Family Dental is my favorite! I look forward to my appointments here. Beautiful smiles and kind voices always greet me upon arrival. The gourmet coffees, tea, hot chocolate, and cider make the wait (if any) too short. Once in the chair, a kind soul always offers a menu of comforting items to help relax. For me, lip balm and a generous dose of aromatherapy get me ready for the the main event. Have you ever noticed how difficult it is to have a meaningful conversation with most dentists? Well, mine takes the time to talk things over with me before, during, and after the main event. For me, that’s priceless. Did I mention kind eyes and strong, small hands? I don’t tolerate pain well, but I have never had a problem with it at Oakmont Family Dental. Why didn’t I know about them before?! I finally found out about them from a review.
