Me and my daughter while were out of town and her wire came out. We called and they were so kind and amazing I can’t describe it they helped immediately putting the wire in and even offered her ice cream we were just coming through the city so we could get to Canada. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend

We have been going here since June and they have been wonderful! Everyone is so nice and friendly. You can tell they are all very patient and understanding with the kids. They are pricey but definitely worth it to know my son is getting the best care!

Got my braces of a year or so ago and am now getting around to writing a review. Let's just start with the putting on of the braces. When they put them on, apparently they DID NOT do a good job of cleaning before they put brackets on. Than, When they took them off, something was not right. A few times when scrapping of the adhesive, the lady just stopped and look of into the eyes of another employee like she just messed up. At this point, I knew they had no idea what they were doing. After I got them off, I went straight to my dentist. It just so happens that my teeth had a lot of trauma occur ( small chips missing). They had also said that they didn't clean good enough before the brackets which resulted in a cavity. Overall, trust your gut and don't trust people that THINK they know what they are doing.

Kay & Paulus Orthodontics Maumee is the most efficient office we have ever been to. You do not wait. They respect your appointment time. They provide the highest customer service and care. The quality of treatment is outstanding.

We had our first visit at Kay and Paulus Ortho recently and overall it was really great. When you walk in, the front desk is very welcoming and personable. There was a friendly staff member who worked with us throughout the whole appointment, walked us thru each part of the visit and answered our questions. Dr. Paulus reviewed with us the upcoming procedure and answered our questions as well. My son felt very comfortable during his entire visit. The wait time was reasonable and my son's favorite part was the ice cream. 🍦😀
