Buckeye Orthodontics - Dayton

My first visit at this office was 17 years ago, and have always loved the care I received. I started to travel 2 hours for appointments while in school because of the trust I had built with the staff, and they continued to make it worthwhile. I have had a phenomenal experience with Dr. John and his team. Every staff member is very caring and understanding, they worked with me on scheduling and kept me up to date on everything. The orthodontist is very knowledgeable and walks you through your treatment plan, while answering all questions and/or concerns. The results were everything I could have hoped and waited for! I would highly recommend!

My son has been a patient here for 3 years. He had braces put on when he was only 8 and they are off now, but he still needs to have visits for his retainer. The staff is fantastic! They remember personal details about him and even sent him a card to do well in a tournament he was entering that he mentioned to them during a visit. You will feel like family here, highly recommend!

We brought our daughter here for braces after visiting two other clinics that felt overly sales-focused. This office felt different immediately because nobody pressured us into unnecessary upgrades or expensive extras. The treatment plan was explained clearly, including possible discomfort and realistic timelines. Her appointments have been consistent and organized from the start. She recently compared new school photos to older ones and couldn’t stop smiling at the difference in her teeth already.

I’ve had treatment at another orthodontic office before moving here, and the difference in communication has been huge. This clinic actually explains why changes are being made during appointments instead of silently adjusting wires and sending patients home confused. My appointments usually start close to the scheduled time, which helps since I come during work breaks. The receptionist also helped fix an insurance issue that would have taken me forever to figure out alone.

Such a great experience every visit! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. They make the whole orthodontic process easy and comfortable.
