My first visit at this office was 17 years ago, and have always loved the care I received. I started to travel 2 hours for appointments while in school because of the trust I had built with the staff, and they continued to make it worthwhile. I have had a phenomenal experience with Dr. John and his team. Every staff member is very caring and understanding, they worked with me on scheduling and kept me up to date on everything. The orthodontist is very knowledgeable and walks you through your treatment plan, while answering all questions and/or concerns. The results were everything I could have hoped and waited for! I would highly recommend!

The doctor is very professional,Attentive, and clearly explains every step of the treatment. I’m very happy with my braces and the progress so far — everything is going smoothly, and I can already see a big difference. The team is always friendly, patient, and ready to answer any questions. Went in for a consult today for my son‘s braces. This is my third console and everyone was great. Explain everything very nice. My son is kind of a special case cause he has no adult teeth coming in onto two of his teeth and they knew what to do about it so it makes me feel like ease and they provide a cheaper monthly payment also which helps me as a single mom. They were excellent and can’t wait for treatment.

My son has been a patient here for 3 years. He had braces put on when he was only 8 and they are off now, but he still needs to have visits for his retainer. The staff is fantastic! They remember personal details about him and even sent him a card to do well in a tournament he was entering that he mentioned to them during a visit. You will feel like family here, highly recommend!

I wish I could share my son’s X-rays and his progress now. They have been working with my child for about 5months now and his smile looks AMAZING!!!! My son is also autistic and has ADHD, the staff and orthodontist is SO patient with him!!!!. I’m always nervous when we meet new providers, because everyone is not trained to deal with children who are different. They treat him so well. Thank you Buckeye!!!!
