Keep Smiling Dental - Indian Ripple

Came to Keep Smiling Dental today for the first time and absolutely loved it! The staff were all super friendly and super kind! As soon as I stepped in, it felt super welcoming and safe. Everything was super clean with a cozy atmosphere in the waiting room. I've never been in such a cozy waiting room at a dentist office! Once they called me back, they had separate rooms so you aren't in one huge room with everyone, which I liked! The staff and doctors were super knowledgeable and really helpful. They were understanding, kind, and explained things really clearly! For my cleaning, they did such a great job and I am super happy with everything! As someone who gets a little nervous before dentist appointments, I was so surprised at how seamless and relaxed they made thisappointment! I'll be back in the future and recommend them!

Dr. Palm is an excellent dentist! I had a tooth extracted today, and he did a wonderful job. He took the time to reassure me beforehand, which really helped calm my nerves since I was extremely anxious. The procedure was quick, smooth, and completely pain-free. His assistant, Starla, is fantastic as well… Very caring and knowledgeable. Together, they made the entire experience much more comfortable than I expected. Highly recommend!

We recently switched dental practices after 20 years. What a difference!! The Keep Smiling office is gorgeous and Carrie at the front office could not be more pleasant. I was called back within 5 minutes for my New Patient appt. Beda, my hygienist, spent the first 10 minutes just talking to me to determine what issues I may be having and taking pictures of my entire mouth to have in my file. X-rays have advanced quite a bit in this office with a handheld camera instead of the old technology. Joe, (as he prefers to be called) the dentist, came in and chatted with me after X-rays were taken. Thankfully, I had no issues at this visit but I have full confidence in Joe if I need any more advanced work in the future. I can’t say enough about this office!! I wish we had switched much earlier! Easy, friendly and no check out necessary. Insurance will be billed and only if there is an outstanding cost will I receive a bill. I highly recommend Keep Smiling!!

I am a new patient after having the same dentist for decades, but I felt welcomed immediately. The professionalism, quality of care, and friendliness were apparent throughout my visit. Brooke was extremely friendly and efficient. I feel like I’ve been a patient for years.

I’ve been going to Keep Smiling for a few years now and haven’t met an unfriendly face. Dr. Palm quickly adapted to my uncommon dental condition. Since day 1 I could tell he’s put in the research to learn more about my condition and worked with me to provide different treatments. Faith is most often my hygienist and she is so cautious and gentle with my condition. I have nothing but good things to say about all my experiences at Keep Smiling. I made my husband go after over 10 years without dental care. Although he was less than thrilled about it, even he could agree that everyone was kind and helpful. The office itself is beautiful and very clean.
