“

Went in for a consultation for a root canal. They just happened to have a cancellation so I was able to get the procedure done today too, even though it took them staying a little bit late to make sure that I was taken care of. I never expected that to happen. The doctor and the assistant were both very polite and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. I’m very happy with my experience today.

The staff were professional, friendly, and understanding of my needs. They answered all my questions and were very respectful. The doctor was just a patient, polite, and respectful. The experience was the best I have had and the work was 10/10. No damage after treatment and my recovery is manageable. I am very thankful and appreciative of the staff. Great Job to all!

“

Was sent here by my dentist because I have an infected wisdom tooth that needs removed asap and were unable to do it for various reasons. This place had the soonest availability. When my dentist contacted them, they requested xrays and photos. So my dentist performed everything requested and sent it over. Well when i arrived they claim to have never received anything and had no idea what I was even there for. I spent almost 2 hours in that office while they looked at my teeth, performed more xrays, and came up with a plan. After they figured out I needed the wisdom tooth removed, the surgeon came in ready to go, got all the tools/supplies together, and then proceeded to do the very painful numbing shots. There he is standing over me just about to begin, and a lady walks in with papers that went over the total cost of the procedure. Total cost was $1500, but with my insurance it brought it down to about $400. She asked me to sign it so I did. Then said I will need to pay it on my way out. I told her I would be unable to pay the full $400 upfront and asked if I could pay payments or at a later date. She said no, they require full payment or the procedure will be canceled. I said I dont have that kind of money just sitting around and that I am on antibiotics for an infection and need to have it removed, what am I supposed to do? She told me to just stay on the antibiotics until I do have the money. That is ridiculous. I understand needing a copay(which i paid) and maybe a partial payment. But requiring full payment up front for an emergency is NOT acceptable. If you are going to do something like that, you at least need to be upfront about it before time and money is wasted. I will be going elsewhere and won't be back.

I recently had two root canals done here and those were great experiences. But this review is about my most recent visit. Two days ago, I had a tooth pulled under anesthesia. At my consultation, I didn’t even want to be sedated, but the doctor insisted because of how broken my tooth was. On the day of the appointment, I got there on time, but it took about an hour before they even started my IV because the doctor was backed up. I didn’t mind the wait—what bothered me was how uncomfortable the whole IV process was. The first try was in my upper arm, and he thought he got a vein, but nothing went through. No big deal, we laughed it off. Then he tried my hand and it worked, but he left the room for like 20 minutes. While he was gone, the assistant messed something up. When he came back, he seemed frustrated and had to switch to my other arm, which started burning. Then they had to go back to my hand again. At this point my anxiety was through the roof, and nobody was calming me or even trying to comfort me. Instead, he told me I “needed to lift more weights” so I’d have better veins as this is his fourth IV attempt and I have tears in my eyes from the anxiety. After the fourth IV attempt, they finally put me under. The whole process just made me very uncomfortable, and wasn’t a very pleasant experience I feel like the bedside manners were lacking as well as communication between Dr and assistant.

Honestly, the best invasive dental care I've ever had. Super friendly, clear explainations of procedures and post op care, and did an exceptional job of making sure i was in no pain during my treatment. I highly HIGHLY recommend based on this experience.
