Platinum Dentistry

This was my 4 1/2 year-old son’s first visit to the dentist. What a great first experience it was for him. Everyone that works there went out of there way to make him feel comfortable. Our dental hygienist even gave him a pair of sunglasses to wear to help with the bright light. He had such a great time that he can’t wait for his next cleaning. Thank you!

I will be going here for ALL my dental work!! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I felt so comforted there. Everyone was so sweet. I was seen on 12/9 and was told I needed 2 teeth extracted. Dr. Ryan told me since I have severe dental anxiety, he recommended IV sedation which I was very pleased was an option! They couldn’t get me in to do until Monday 12/15 which would’ve been fine at the time so I scheduled the appt. However, the next day the pain became excruciating so I had to call elsewhere. The other place I called needed my X-rays and a referral from Platinum Dental so they called and LYDIA at Platinum Dental was SO HELPFUL!!! She got them everything they needed quickly because she was only worried about me feeling better. I’m so thankful Dr. Ryan gave them a referral so I could get this done quicker! Lydia also asked Dr. Ryan if they could prescribe me something for the pain. He approved it & Lydia called in medicine quickly to get me some relief. She even reached out to me to make sure I was doing ok and asked how my extraction went at the other place. I’ve never dealt with such caring people at a dental office- I will definitely be back for all other work!! THANK YOU PLATINUM DENTAL!

I have been so happy with Platinum dentistry. The care I get is exceptional from the front desk, to the hygienist to Dr. Platt. Even billing has gone beyond expectation to help me. I highly recommend Platinum Dentistry.

I had an excellent experience at my new dentist today. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Gabby made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciate the professionalism and care shown by everyone in the office. Highly recommend!
