Wow! I am shocked to hear the other reviewer of this practice had such a bad experience. That makes me sad. I have nothing but good things to say about the doctors and staff at Haas Ortho. I just recommended them to my friend for her daughter's ortho care. I had my braces done by Dr. Roger years ago and came in a couple years ago when I was back in town because one of my lower teeth had started to shift a tiny bit because my dentist had placed a filling that disrupted some of spacing of my teeth. It was an easy fix done in one fast appointment with just a simple wire placed for a few months. I have always found Dr. Roger's bedside manner to be friendly and caring, as are all the assistants and front office staff. I primarily saw Dr. Roger for most of my appointments but on occasion, saw Drs. Mark & Eric too. They were also great. Besides from the little hiccup caused by the filling my dentist placed, my teeth look the same as the day I got my braces off 20+ years ago...and I get complimented on my smile all the time! (Check out the attached photo of my smile taken recently!) Also, I was charged a reasonable price for my braces, much in line (and sometimes cheaper) than the quotes I received elsewhere. This is very important nowadays with rising healthcare and dental costs. I would highly recommend Haas Ortho to anyone in the greater Akron area who is looking for honest, quality orthodontics by doctors who genuinely care about their patients and lasting quality smiles!

Do not bother going anywhere else! Knowledgeable and kind and professional. Dr. Mark has a amazing way with children and was so gentle and understanding with my little girl. The front office staff are just as amazing. My little girl has special needs and everyone made her feel calm and comfortable. Your child deserves the very best and here is where you will get it.

Firstly, the front desk ladies?!? Incredible. So personable, fun, and kind. I cannot get enough of them. I’ve been going to this practice for 6 months and have had such a great experience with all of the doctors and staff.

my situation wasn’t ideal to work with, but they handled it amazingly. i had previously been going to karbassi orthodontics and i hated it there and came here originally just for a second opinion. after seeing the shift of how much more professional and knowledgeable this place was, i wish i had came here from the start. since i’m out of insurance funds for my braces, i’ve (happily) paid everything out of pocket here but in the meantime had to get them taken off as im not really ready for the procedure that would be needed to fix my overbite which would be the last step in my treatment. i had a run in with a certain illness that isn’t so great for your teeth as well. after explaining that to them, they made sure they were very gentle when removing the braces and if i looked uncomfortable, they would stop and make sure i was okay before trying a different grip on the bracket to remove it. they made me feel welcome here and unlike karbassi’s office, they were willing to answer any questions i had and actually encouraged me to ask questions. after the braces were off, and we were discussing retainers, they made sure i understood everything and recommended what they thought would work best for me but explained the pros and cons of all the others. i have friends going to other establishments and they told me they didn’t get a choice on what retainer they got. all together, this place has been professional, respectful, attentive, and passionate about their work :) if you’re reading this trying to figure out where you should go to start treatment, i could not recommend this place enough. truly, thank you.

I’m a 40 yr old woman getting braces and have been very pleased with my care and attention to detail at Haas. All the brothers have been patient, kind, and thoughtful. I definitely recommend!
