If I could give zero stars, I would. If anyone has had a negative experience here, I would highly recommend reporting. Literally everyone that has had any bad experience. This man needs to be held accountable for his actions and should feel terrible to care more about making his next dollar than his patients who should be his utmost priority. Especially in dental care, where EVERY patient should feel comfortable and to know what to expect. When I was a CHILD, this man left metal spacers in my mouth with 0 instructions on what to do next. Did not say a single word to my mother, or myself. We were never told how long they should stay on, just that we'd get a call for our next appointment. They were left on for years. I am still paying for his negligence 10+ years later. When we finally showed up one day, he took them off without saying a word, again. Fast forward to today, there was a piece of the spacer embedded into my gum and I have been dealing with a severe infection and months of antibiotics and dental surgery. Go somewhere else. It is not worth the emotional and physical distress. This place should not be in business.

STAY AWAY. THIS MAN IS AWFUL. I would strongly discourage anyone from choosing this orthodontist. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Communication was poor, concerns were dismissed, and the level of care I received did not meet basic expectations. Appointments felt rushed, and I often left with more questions than answers. When issues arose, they were not handled with urgency or professionalism. Orthodontic treatment is a long-term commitment, and trust is essential — unfortunately, I never felt confident in the care I was receiving here. I would recommend seeking treatment elsewhere.

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. PLEASE. I called this business to help a friend & I asked a couple simple questions about different options for services they might offer. Not in depth or too extensive, just a new inquiring customer wondering about their services. I was welcomed with rude belligerent & passive aggressive behavior. But don’t worry, I gave it right back. After reading these reviews - There is no way in hell I’m gonna make an appointment here or send anybody here that I know. Shame on you & to whoever runs this business - you might want to consider someone else answering the phones because whoever answered my call should not be working in customer service.

Unfortunately, Dr. Karbassi aggressively drilled into several of my teeth to remove a permanent retainer. I understand mistakes can happen, but 3 different teeth? Now I am paying to fix these 3 teeth he permanently damaged. All I needed was a retainer removed and now I'll have lifelong side effects, on healthy teeth. My dentist took images and showed me the drill marks and how the enamel was drilled off and now nerves are exposed. Very disappointing!

Went to Dr. Karbassi in 2023 to extract (pull down) 2 adult teeth that never came down. I am in my forties also. He was only able to extract 1 tooth, and it took three years. I am going to another orthodontist to get a second opinion.
