Karbassi Orthodontics Cuyahoga Falls

Anyone thinking about going to this orthodontist PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT!!!!! He is a rude money hungry man he will keep your braces on longer to find more reasons to scam your family out of money and he over charges like CRAZY!!!! Please do not come here just because your insurance cause he will run your insurance for literally anything he can. I promise you there are WAY better places that will take your insurance. This man is very rough when doing anything in your mouth he has caused my gums to bleed SEVERAL times and tried to get me to get a VERY expensive gum surgery that I didn’t even need after getting other orthodontists opinions. I have had my braces on for 2 and a half years now they have barely moved and once they started to he took off my power chain and they shifted right back. This establishment is bs and no one should EVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS MAN KEEP YOUR MONEY!!! anyone feeling stuck in this situation with this man and your child I promise your not alone and there are ways to get out of this situation but this man MUST be held accountable for the things he does his license should be revoked. He needs to be put on blast and shut down so NO ONE has to deal with this going to a orthodontist you would think your in the hands of a mature professional well if you go here THROWWWW that idea out the window cause that doesn’t exist here.

They took forever even when our appointment was at a set time and we were on time. We were seated and saw at least 4 other people come and go who came after us. We had to sit for 45 minutes before we were called back.The receptionists seem to just not care about anything and the main doctor seemed to be agitated and in a hurry when he was told he had another patient. The environment and mood seemed off from the moment we walked in and everyone including the main doctor seemed mad at their jobs.

Don't recommend any of his practices, his Medina location closed down for a reason. I went to him when I was a teen and to this day I never experienced any place with unprofessionalism as this one. He told me i had too many teeth for my mouth just to try and get more money/prolong treatment and ended up taking perfectly fine teeth out for no actual reason. One time I had showed up and ate before arriving, and he yelled at me in front of everyone. From any medical standpoint this was an experience thats no way acceptable, and no one should ever go through. Go anywhere else other than this place!

6 kids sit in their chairs watching the doctor seem to be completely unprepared for patients. Cuts off parents while talking. Lack of transparency in the treatment plan. Told me that he could make my teeth straight, but would be forward pointing. He fired us, and told us that no one else would take a handicapped kid. Very hard to understand, cannot take criticism. Wire was too long and was stabbing my cheeks, so it had to be adjusted at home.

i’ve had braces for 2 years and 6 months . My teeth were overlapping, had gaps, over crowding etc. My teeth are now straight thanks to karbassi orthodontics. I’m so confident in my smile . I love the staff with my whole heart , making every appointment fun and full of joy . The dentist is very harsh and kind of mean . But honestly i always just told myself that the results would be worth it and they are . I love my smile and i’m glad the process came out great .
