Capstone Dental Downtown

I had a great experience at Capstone Dental Downtown. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so kind and welcoming. I have anxiety about going to the dentist, but they made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. Dr. Barron was very kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I'm so grateful for the excellent care I received. I highly recommend this office!

Capstone Dental downtown was great. It's always a little intimidating going to a new dentist, but, everyone was so kind and professional. Ashley was great and even did a small tour of the office. Brandi was amazing at a gentle and thorough clean, even after I hadn't been for a dental cleaning in a year. Dr. Barron was an incredible Doctor who addressed my concerns clearly. The office is conveniently located and has a beautiful atmosphere—calming, welcoming, and modern without feeling clinical or intimidating. The front desk team was professional, warm, and genuinely kind. I actually got turned around while trying to find the entrance, and Ashley went above and beyond by calling me and helping guide me to the office. That level of care made a great first impression. As a first-time patient, I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me a tour of the facility before my appointment. I've never experienced that at a dental office before, and it immediately helped put me at ease. Like many people, I can get anxious about dental visits—even routine ones—and the extra effort to make me feel comfortable did not go unnoticed. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and focused on making sure I felt informed and cared for throughout my visit. Capstone dental is excellent. I’ve tried a few different dentists around Columbus, and they are by far the best. They do great work and all my procedures and cleanings have turned out really well. They also have a great staff, and they’re consistently LGBTQ friendly. My wife and I both get our cleanings here, and we’ve only had positive experiences. I would highly recommend them!

Awesome experience - as a first time patient, got a tour of the facility and all their technology. Both Ashley (at the front desk) and Brandy (hygienist) were wonderfully kind and tried to be as accommodating as possible. Could tell Brandy was also being super thorough. Doc was very approachable and took the time to explain what she was doing and her thought process behind some of the tests done. Would recommend to anyone!
