The office is clean, modern, and calming—exactly what you want in a dental space. My dentist was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or judged. They truly care about both your dental health and your comfort, which makes such a difference. The hygienists and staff are equally amazing—professional, friendly, and attentive. It’s clear this practice values patient experience just as much as excellent clinical care. If you’re looking for a dentist downtown who is skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy, Capstone Dental is absolutely the place to go. I actually look forward to my appointments now—which is something I never thought I’d say about the dentist!

Brandy, the dental hygienist, did an amazing job today! She has such a kind and nurturing personality that instantly put me at ease. She was very attentive throughout the entire 90-minute procedure, constantly making sure I was comfortable. She even applied chapstick to keep my lips from getting dry — such a thoughtful touch! I’ve been with Capstone for over 4 years and I always have a great experience over all when I come in. Front desk is super helpful and so sweet, the hygienist is great about telling you exactly what’s happening and consistently checking on you and the doctor is super personable and very informative/helpful. I purposely upped my dental coverage when they were considered out of network for me so I could continue to see them. Absolutely recommend if you are looking for a great dentist!

Came to this practice on a friend’s referral. Boy, am I glad I dod! Dr Snipes was very kind and can get me taken care of quickly. His staff is also attentive and helpful. The office manager even helped me find my car in the parking garage! That’s what I call good customer service and patient care.

The staff is phenomenal! I got lost and the receptionist was on the phone with me for 20 minutes helping me find my way to the building. They made sure my experience was exceptional from start to finish by providing a tour and a gift bag. Everyone was so sweet and made sure I felt comfortable. I’m glad to have finally found a home dentist in Columbus!
