Downtown Dental Services

I highly recommend this place for anyone that has had bad experiences with dentist in the past. This dental office will change that!! The front desk staff is so nice and sweet, and very flexible when accommodating patients. The dental hygienist staff is amazing, I had the pleasure of having Char who is an absolute delight and made me feel so comfortable throughout all my visits. Dr. Lu is a great dentist that cares for his patients and prioritizes solid dental work and a friendly environment. Overall this place was great and I will be coming back for future dental work.

The lady that made my appointment on the phone, Miss Sando Paloma, was very pleasant and accommodated me due to my schedule. Upon my arrival I was made to feel comfortable (even though I’m from out of state) and made me feel like I a regular customer. Mr. Tony (dentist) was very thorough and did an excellent job putting my caps back on. I had a wonderful experience….thank you!!!! I would definitely recommend!

As a Downtown Cleveland resident, I’m so glad I switched to Downtown Dental and I cannot recommend it enough. I only wish I’d made the jump sooner. Not only is it super convenient, but Dr. Lu and his staff are top notch. My cleanings with Cindy are very thorough and my teeth are the best they’ve ever looked. Autumn really knows her stuff and has been incredibly helpful in my Invisalign journey, and she makes what can sometimes be a stressful experience very calming. If you live or work in Downtown CLE, or are simply looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go.

I had an excellent experience with Downtown Dental Services. From start to finish, it was a great visit. I felt very little pain, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly. They were accommodating and easy to talk to, not just about the dental work, but in general. The environment felt warm and welcoming. If you’re concerned about pain, they make sure you stay comfortable. I also signed up for additional services, and it was simple to arrange. They worked around my schedule, and being a downtown resident, I really appreciate their convenient location.

I had an appointment today at downtown dental Char was my dental assistant, And Dr. Lou as my dentist. This was my first visit and it was very pleasant. The receptionist were both very kind, char did a great job on my x rays and helping me with my concerns. I completely loved my first experience
