Do not book here this location has unprofessional staffing very uncomfortable experience lack experience staffing please go somewhere where personal experience is shown a lot of young staffing you do not want a doctor or anyone assisting the doctor to be argumentative and telling you to not tell them not to their job it’s your experience just like it’s their work most people are proud of their work not this dentistry it will literally leave you walking out butcher. Please advocate for yourself, especially to young doctors.you are the patient not them a very disheartening experience I came in to get a partial made & crown service my partial denture did not fit or seat my mouth properly had 2 visit and wait a month to receive service. Not only that the denture that was made for me they wanted me to accept an error on their behalf it’s my smile I’m a firm believer of good quality and service do not come here for dental care or dentures

Let’s start by saying Dr.Hani is great at what he does but my time of going to Angel Dental I feel is near. I’m never a walk in yet it’s always 1.5 + hours before I’m treated with an appointment. Ex: I had an appointment at 2:00pm for crown prep and temp crown. I was brought back in a timely manner. I wasn’t numbed until 2:45pm. Work didn’t begin until after 3:30pm after I complained to 2 staff members. I was numbed a total of FOUR times (not because my body wasn’t taking the medication) because they numb you, go to other patients, start them, your numbing wears off and then they have to numb again. I didn’t leave until almost 5:00. Not the first time this happened either. Last time another hour wait and one of the staff members had the nerve to ask how many fillings I was getting done at that point in time, and when she heard there was 3 remaining, had the nerve to puff and show irritation, as if the delay was not caused by them overbooking and not moving professionally. Angel dental was not always this way, but I am noticing there is even a difference in the clientele. I sat in the waiting room, not long ago with a man who decided he was going to play music from his phone and Bluetooth speaker in hand. I witnessed a woman come in with Her child and allow him to run rampant inside of the waiting room, climb all over the chairs and eat chicken and smear the grease into the seats. It’s getting bad and I hope they tightened up for the sake of their business

Maritza is awesome she took her time and addressed my concerns with compassion. She did a nice neat job. The Dr made sure I was comfortable and not in pain during the process. I love my crowns and cant wait to finish up with partials and have my full smile back again.

This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. They clearly do not care about their patients. I was scheduled for several appointments, only to be forced to reschedule again and again with no real help or concern. I went in needing serious care for a missing tooth, and instead of offering solutions, all they did was pull it out and leave me with no support. Getting something as simple as a deep cleaning turned into a stressful issue. The lack of compassion, professionalism, and urgency was unbelievable. I left feeling ignored, frustrated, and honestly heartbroken. I even cried after dealing with how poorly I was treated. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Find a dentist who actually cares about their patients, because this place does not.

Angel dental care on Euclid avenue gave me my smile back. You are greeted with absolute kindness from everyone in the office. Don , Valerie & Natasha are so sweet and patient with every one of their patients. The doctors , and their staff genuinely really care for their patients. So much love for Dr. Hani & Dr. Kassim are the absolute best. Truly the only dentist office I’ll ever trust with me and my children’s dental health!
