WE Ortho

WE Ortho has been fantastic with my son. He has ADHD and anxiety and is not the easiest patient. Dr. Ehlis and Dr. Guess are very patient and treat him with kindness. A special shout-out to Haley who helped him get his expanders placed. He was hiding under chairs and she was so great with him and understanding. 10/10 would recommend WE Ortho! Today my son who doesn't want to go to any appointments was pushing me out the door because he was excited to go (ortho bucks are the best). Huge thank you to the We Ortho team!

Every time we visit, the front office staff makes us feel so welcome. One of my girls is sensitive and the technicians are always incredibly gentle. Both of my kids absolutely love Dr. Ehlis! He truly goes above and beyond to help them feel confident with their beautiful smiles. The office is always clean, and they even have complimentary drinks and a play area in the waiting room. They also hosts the most amazing events for their patients. On a personal note, I admire how they give back to the community, my kids truly enjoy seeing the WE Ortho logo around town in various events they help sponsor or volunteer around the city. We’ll definitely keep coming back, my kids look forward to their visits, and happily refer our family and friends.

Timely, clear, direct, and very informative for the first consultation. Friendly and reassuring for a new patient. Thoughtful planning for all considerations put patient and parent immediately at ease.

Like another reviewer, I was a patient of Dr. McCulley as a teen and had permanent retainers bonded behind my upper and lower teeth to prevent shifting after braces. I’ve had mine for nearly 24 years and only needed one repair, so I chose the same option for my daughter when her braces were removed. Unfortunately, her permanent retainer repeatedly broke while eating normal food. We paid $250 once for a repair, and when it broke again (between each tooth!), we were told it would be $240+ to rebond or $400+ to replace. We chose removal rather than continuing to pay to repair it. To my surprise, we were then charged $240 just for it to be removed! Given my long-term experience with my own retainer, this was disappointing. While we’re thankful our kids are done with braces, this experience would make us hesitant to return in the future.
